Wildlife Garden truly has things that you can't find elsewhere and they are all high quality yet affordable. They have a wide variety of indoor/outdoor items so I know I'll always find something. The staff is always so friendly and helpful (in the five plus years I've been going, I've literally never had a bad experience with them!) and will even put your purchase in a gift bag so it's all ready to give as a gift. Being out of town, I typically have to do all of my Christmas shopping in one day so I am thankful to have a place like this to shop at because I know each time will be a great (and successful!) experience.

I did see one negative review here on Yelp however I decided to see what happened because I had seen many good reviews in other places and over quite a long period of time. Personally I found Mark to be highly responsive. He called me back and spent 45 minutes on the phone answering all my questions. He also sent me photo's of the puppies he had available, whilst I was right there on the phone, so I was able to see and discuss them. I'm not going to lie here Mark is not the best photographer around, so don't expect your puppy up against a perfect background sitting in a little cart :) The pictures and video's you get are probably going to be pretty basic ; ) For me that was not a big deal. Anyway for the next week Mark and I spoke and texted regularly until I made up my mind...again Mark was always quick to answer me back which I greatly appreciated. I received my puppy a week ago and I cannot tell you what a delight she is. It's obvious that she had been given a lot of love and attention and handled a great deal. Not only is she highly intelligent but she is such a beautiful girl. When I took her in for her booster shot the whole vets office was smitten. In the past week I've taught her to sit and lie down and continued her potty training (not perfect, but getting there). She loves to snuggle and just comes and sits down by my feet when I work. She is also always up for playtime, and going on adventures. In the past week Mark has called me twice to check on how things are going and to answer questions that I've had. It's really obvious to me how much he loves these dogs. Truthfully if I was going to get another one, I'd go right back to Briathorn.

They have all the necessary equipment and formula to maintain these animals and help get them back into nature. If you bring an animal there and they take it in and fix it up and you can also request to have it re-release back on your property if appropriate.

It's unfortunate that the secretaries are so rude, because the vets and vet techs are wonderful…read more The first time I called the secretary sounded like they didn't want to schedule my pet and were trying to get me to take it to an emergency vet when they had never even seen my pet, and my pet was not in an emergency situation. I called another time and specifically said I was calling about euthanasia for my cat, and then when I was answering the ladies questions., She cut me off and said, I'm not trying to cut you off but what do you need from me because I have someone else on the other line. Not very compassionate when I was already upset about possibly having to put my cat down. Then most recently I called to let them know that I couldn't catch my cat for the appointment, and the lady said., OH, weeell... that was an extended appointment so that might have a fee attached. Her snarky tone sounded like I had done something wrong, and I told her it's common for people to not be able to catch some cats who get scared about going to the vet. And I said I didn't know anything about the extended appointment or any fee. She again said in a snarky tone that it's in all the paperwork and all over their website. I just looked on their website, and I see nothing there about a Fee. It may be under one of the line tabs, but that feature is currently not working. she hung up on me when I said something to her about her rudeness, and when I called back and asked if she could have a vet call me back, she said no, that she is not going to have a vet call me over something like this. she also told me that if I wasn't happy there that I should go back to the place where I was going. What secretary is allowed to say no that they aren't going to give a message to the vet?! this lady seems to way overstep her role and I think she loses clients for the business. Look at the other Google reviews that talk about the rude secretaries. This is sad to me because I really liked both vets. They and wonderful and spent good time listening about my pets

Dr.Funk gave me lab results on my cat and she has stage 2 kidney disease. I received nothing but…read moremixed messages from him.Never a straight answer. From food amounts to my cats blood counts were up but she could relapse at any time.No hope there! My cat had a temperature of 104 and I wanted to put her on antibiotics and he said there's nothing we can do! I ended up taking her to the emergency vet and they tested her for several things and said her blood counts were good and put her on an antibiotic. Her fever went down in a day and she's playing today. She could have died from that itself. No vet or practitioner knows my cat more than I do! I was not heard when I said she needs antibiotic.Thats sad! Where's your empathy? My cat cuddles should have never been put through that! I know she is a fighter and not ready to leave us yet from going through that. My only hope is that doctors and practioners and everyone who works for them starts listening to the owners!
