Lucian, who suffers from anxiety, refused to eat and lost a significant amount of weight during his previous stay. When I contacted Pet Lodge, the owner Dan was incredibly kind and provided detailed information about prices and required vaccinations. Upon dropping off Lucian, I was touched by how Dan interacted with my dog, showing genuine care and affection. I felt relieved to learn that Lucian would have his own quiet space to eat and rest, unlike his previous experience of being constantly on the move. The turnaround in Lucian's behavior and mood was remarkable - he greeted us happily upon our return and looked healthy and content. Pet Lodge has earned my trust, and I

This time this young man finished working with his previous customer and quickly came up to me and asked if I needed help. I was interested in Angel Fish, he asked me if there was any particular one I liked. I picked two of them. I asked advice about the fish that help clean tank (algae eaters). He showed me a few species, asked about the size of my tank and helped me with my choice. Great place to find anything you are looking for, whether it's fish, reptiles, ferrets, rabbits, etc.

They take the time to: 1 Check your water quality 2 Help you actually understand what those numbers mean They explain how tanks go through different spikes before leveling out and becoming safe for fish, which is so important if you want your new pet to thrive. What I really appreciate is that they help you choose fish wisely so that when you bring a new pet home, it actually has a strong chance of survival in your tank. That kind of guidance matters. Plus, almost everything in most of the tanks is for sale, which makes it fun to browse and plan your setup. First of all, they have a well rounded collection of corals at beyond reasonable prices, especially when compared to other Cleveland stores. The specimens were all healthy looking and the setups were very clean and all items were clearly labeled! The marine fish selection was limited, but it would appear that all of the fish are put through a QT system!!! All of the fish-geeks out there know just how valuable this step is! I was astounded when I saw the QT room. I am certain that they will be adding to their collection soon, and I am really excited to take advantage of their proactive health measures as soon as I am ready to get my next finned friend. The dry stock was pretty basic at this time, but mind you they just opened and they might have had more hidden. They had the bulbs I was looking for, which is a good sign that they are definitely heading in the right direction with their inventory choices! After perusing the shop I decided to inquire about their maintenance offerings, and was beyond elated to find out that their service rates are awesomely affordable and very thorough ... so I hired them! they came tonight and I will proudly report that they really nailed it. Joel was efficient, timely, and very knowledgeable. He took detailed notes after testing my system and created a course-of-action that works within my budget and time frame. I am looking forward to watching this store grow and changing this review to a 5 star!
