They take the time to: 1 Check your water quality 2 Help you actually understand what those numbers mean They explain how tanks go through different spikes before leveling out and becoming safe for fish, which is so important if you want your new pet to thrive. What I really appreciate is that they help you choose fish wisely so that when you bring a new pet home, it actually has a strong chance of survival in your tank. That kind of guidance matters. Plus, almost everything in most of the tanks is for sale, which makes it fun to browse and plan your setup. The staff is always so friendly and helpful (in the five plus years I've been going, I've literally never had a bad experience with them!) and will even put your purchase in a gift bag so it's all ready to give as a gift. Being out of town, I typically have to do all of my Christmas shopping in one day so I am thankful to have a place like this to shop at because I know each time will be a great (and successful!) experience.
