Once the employee got off the phone he was not friendly at all (slender guy with facial hair). They filled my tank and were extremely friendly. U haul you need to work on manners for that employee.

I tried to contact them but got what is now a corporate AI feel answering service when initially I had continued to come for the family feel. I dug a little deeper and was able to text a message and did get a reply that they would make the mistake right but was told because someone was spending a large amount of money in Jewerly my fix would be pushed back to after the holiday. I'm a south Floridian native who has kept in touch with my 30 year relationship with my previous jeweler because over those years we shared our lives season after season. When you walk in and they knew your name even if you were just getting a watch battery. Those were the days because this place is nothing like that. Progress means greed as we all know so well these days. I strongly and a few others I know will agree that Madalyn's is no longer what it once was...
