There are tons of different options in terms of the size of the storage units needed, and the majority are climate controlled. Also, being only one level, it's easy to get to where you're going. Park nearest one of the doors, or if you have an outdoor unit park next to your door, and loading/unloading is a snap. There are a lot of carts available if you need help moving anything heavy. The units are in great shape, thanks mostly to the awesome caretaker who spends all day driving around, fixing problems, and making sure the place looks great. The staff is the greatest part of this place, however. I believe it's a couple that runs the entire storage unit, the husband is the caretaker, and the wife runs the main office. Super friendly, super helpful, and always in a great mood. The office also sells moving supplies if you need some in a pinch, although they're only open during regular business hours. Overall, love this place. Great prices, great staff, great units. If you're in the mood for storage, this place is highly recommended.

Look elsewhere as this particular site at 3990 US Hwy 1 S in St Augustine Shores is old, dark & not well maintained. Go down the street a mile and get a new fresh, clean, well lit, well maintained unit with nicer managers. JUN, 2026
