I used this facility for several years. Before the business was acquired by Extra Space Storage, the facility and staff were significantly better. Last summer, the AC was out for extended periods. My unit was supposed to be climate control. It was so hot; it became impossible to spend any time in the unit. One excuse followed another, and the AC continued to be off. My inventory was damaged due to the extreme heat. The rent increases continued, and the management was incredibly rude. I moved to Storage King and am happy I made this change. I suggest looking into other options and steering clear of this business. read more

MIA IS AMAZING !! This place is amazing! I went to book online and didn't even finish paying and it locked me in for a 5x5. Very grateful. Mia took us to see the 5x5 and the 5x10 for some prospective of what we may or may not need. We ended up getting a 10x10 FIRST MONTH 209 FREE AND ONLY $65 today. Now as long as I switch to a smaller unit or choose to stay with my 10x10 my payment will change!! DO NOT TRUST ALL THESE NEGATIVE REVIEWS! LET THEM EXPLAIN BEFORE THEY ACCUSE . I had very good experience with the manager was running that office when I signed with them on March 2nd. I was promised the monthly payment will never increase according to the item number four in the contract unless at least when you are a year customer continually. She also said you were going to be here 6 to 7 months and not would not increase. you're on the short term customer therefore I wouldn't worry about it. And if there is an increase there would be between 5 to 10%. Now the management was let go and they have a new manager running that office and she immediately raised the rent or the monthly payment 40%. After I emailed her and and told her I will take illegal action she said I cannot talk to her and have to talk to the legal department and that's how it is. That is certainly illegal immoral at an ethical for a company to behave that way and especially have a verbal contract was made with their previous manager 3 months ago that would never happen. Rented a small {5x5} storage space Saturday 28th 2019 so I could move somethings to redo a room. Did a quick, no obligation, online reservation, then drove over to look at the site before renting. PROS: Place is nice and clean. The man who helped me (sorry I forgot your name) was super friendly. Took me for a ride around the place, showed me the storage spot I was renting and when back at the office made suggestions on how to save more money since I was only looking for a short term. CONS: You have to buy the mandatory insurance for an additional $11.00 per month and you can not use your own lock. You have to BUY one of their locks @ $16.00 I would still use this place again if needed. I hope to update this review when I move my stuff out of storage in a few months. read more

What a ridiculous place. I should have steered clear. My bill went from $51 to $71 to $132 in the span of 3 months. This place is a rip-off. Go to another storage facility. This place is a sham and the customer service is junk. You're required to buy their lock, required to buy insurance, required required required.... Your manageable bill quickly becomes unmanageable. The staff is friendly. That's the only good thing I can say. There are constant rate increases. My unit went up $50 a month after another big increase last year and another before that. You are required to purchase insurance even if you have a policy that covers your items. But the worst part is the vermin. The little critters collapsed the soft ceiling and gnawed on my stuff and left urine and droppings all over my possessions. Yuk. I had to hire a junk company to come haul it all away because 90% of my stuff was too disgusting to even handle. With all the storage spaces available these days, please look elsewher. read more
