This location is a new build in 2025 - everything is so beautiful and location is great - right on…read moreUS 1 and easy access to 95. We watched it being built and saw they would have RV/boat spots and inquired about pricing. Price was great and we figured that the price would increase a little in 6 months or so after they were no longer new; so we left our current RV storage and moved to the Space Shop. For 3 months we have parked our 25 foot RV there. The staff are great and very helpful- and we have enjoyed talking with them since we are there at least weekly. In the mail we received notification 19 days before rent due that prices are increasing. They raised the rent for an RV spot 150%. That's right- not a typo- 150%. I could see 25- 50% increase- as they were probably trying to fill spots when opening and were priced low. But to increase by 150% and give 19 days notice is not good customer service. I spoke with the staff about the increase and they were apologetic stating all went up and unfortunately no discounts are available. The location is great, parking is great, RV storage area is great, staff great; however- it does not justify the price they are now asking. Therefore we are leaving. Space Coast may contact us if they are lowering prices and we would be happy to return but the price they are requesting is too high for what is being offered and an equally as nice spot is just down the road on Old Kings and many others also on US1.

My main complaint was that they did not have a truck large enough for my load. In addition, they could not load the last 10 feet of the truck because they knew it would be too heavy. They could have told me ahead of time that everything would not fit. When I asked what would happen, they did not tell me it would be an extra charge of over $2000 and that I would have to wait until they had a load headed my direction. It was over two weeks before I had all my boxes and furniture. Overall, it was a frustrating expensive experience.

After a couple of weeks i e mailed Jenna in their office to follow up, all I got from her was I ll send it to my boss. Two weeks after that I e mailed her again and got the same response. I called the office multiple times after that and got tge same answer. Now it has been over 1 month and now they do not even answer e mails or calls. Do not use Flagler Movers or Lanco Movers, there are better options in the areas. Horrible customer care. They dont care about customers all they care about is collecting their monies. Shame that now a days companies like them do not care about the customer or customer,s belongings.
