Last summer, the AC was out for extended periods. My unit was supposed to be climate control. It was so hot; it became impossible to spend any time in the unit. One excuse followed another, and the AC continued to be off. My inventory was damaged due to the extreme heat. The rent increases continued, and the management was incredibly rude. I moved to Storage King and am happy I made this change. I suggest looking into other options and steering clear of this business.
