Once the employee got off the phone he was not friendly at all (slender guy with facial hair). They filled my tank and were extremely friendly. U haul you need to work on manners for that employee.

They have moved us three times (once without us even being present) and currently store our furnishings. Everyone is so polite and professional, the jobs are always on schedule and the packing is always extremely meticulous. Called 2 days ago about another tank re-fill. Specifically asked what the charges would be and any extra fees or delivery fee. Was expressly told "just gas and tax" "no delivery charge". Invoice left for me shows FUEL RECOVERY FEE, HAZMAT FEE, and DELIVERY FEE (see image). THE EXACT OPPOSITE OF WHAT I WAS JUST TOLD ON THE PHONE! Called to give them a chance to resolve. Girl who answered the phone sounded half asleep. No resolution or even a call back after being transferred and leaving a message for whoever I was transferred to. Emailed them explaining the issue, again trying to resolve, but again received no response. I see also "Business Owner" is posting right here on yelp saying they do not charge those fees. Clearly this is not true at all.
