This place rocked! Took my husband and teenage daughters. They brought my husband a beer and did a massage for him; my daughters did manicure and pedicure. Staff was absolutely wonderful; they chatted soccer with my kids. Even the locals were in there chatting. They did a good job, place was awesome and the place clean. Definitely would recommend! read more

The lady that did my nails was very rough and didn't listen to what I wanted. I give it 2 stars instead of less because it seemed the other nail techs knew what they were doing. My nail tech didn't make my nail shapes or lengths match and filed the edge of my nails so much my fingers are raw. I told her twice it hurt and she said sorry and was still just as rough. I was in pain most of the time and wasn't a relaxing experience. My thumb still hurts the next day and has a horrible hangnail mixed with raw skin. I wish everyone there knew what they were doing. read more

Hubby and I were on vacay and I give credit to him for finding the place. We both got the deluxe pedicure. Great experience although I think his was better than mine. My foot massage was a bit too light and it felt like I was being tickled. Nonetheless they took great care of us. My only complaint is the regular nail color selection for my pedicure. Not very many to choose from. I needed a few more neutral color options and there wasn't very many. There's like three rows of red and almost a lack of pinks, creams, grays, and whites. Just a preference. They do eyebrow threading for $15. I was very happy with the results! Didn't take a picture of my nails. Sadly I kicked something and ruined my polish 15 minutes after we left. Lol totally my fault but it was beautiful while it lasted! read more

I went for a basic manicure and the milk and honey pedicure. These both came with a short massage and they were great. She had good technique, so maybe I pay extra for a longer massage next time. They had lots of gel colors and regular polish to pick from, and it was clean. The atmosphere is the standard nail salon with bright lights, rows of massage chairs, and fairly quiet people working diligently. read more

ETA--so, my gel polish started chipping within three days, my acrylic was lifting within 4 days and my nails looked like they had 10 days of grow out. My pedicure (also gel) started chipping. For the price I paid--95, plus a 20 dollar tip-this place is NOT worth it. It is clean and bright and while the people were nice...I won't be back. Solid 3.5. This definitely is a locals place...and we just bought a spot within walking distance. I needed a fill and pedi, and knowing we will be here a lot, I checked it out. I called ahead and was told to come in at 1:45. First off-everyone that works here is extremely nice. The salon is bright, open, and very clean. I was directed to a chair...and then waited. It seems, unless you're a secure local, you wait. When my lovely lady finally got to me, she did a nice job. There were pauses to take care of locals, and she double dipped on my top coat. I was also a little confused that I had to ask for my cuticles to be pushed back...and my polish has a significant gap, even so. My pedicure, however-heaven!!!! My toes look amazing, my pedicurist was beyond sweet, and my massage was lovely. Parking is easy...prices were slightly high. I got a fill, with just a standard gel polish, and a gel pedicure...and it was 95. There are 3 salons in the area, plus one near Publix (but don't go to that one!) Maybe it's COVID or out of town (even though we own a home here) pricing. Either way...Pedicures on point. If my nails can get there-nail showing - and all folks (local and not...even though we are new local) are equal, than yea! I'll give it 4/5 stars from there! read more

Ive had a good experience every time. Really excellent pedicures. I see Ana for dipping powder, she does a very nice job. In fact, she's indulged me with some nail art. I've been to most of the nail salons in the area (I'm super particular about my nails) and this is the best. read more

Ocean Nails is a very popular with the locals for a reason. The staff are friendly and treat us like family. The reason the locals keep coming back is because the quality of their services are above the rest. I have my real nails "dipped" or SNS every 3 weeks but I could go 4 weeks because they are done so well! Mimi and McKenzie are the best! I highly recommend this nail salon! read more

Very clean place and the staff were all very kind. Great quality and had the perfect service that I requested!

I asked for a 15 minute extra message while I was having my pedicure. I saw a sign that for a 15 minute message it was $20. I told the gentleman that I wanted a regular pedicure and as he started I asked for the extra 15 minutes. He said sure. WELL.... He never did the 15 minutes and probably it even 3 minutes for the original pedicure. I thought he must not have heard me, but OH NO!!! Upon check out he charged me off my pedicure and had extra time. I hate confrontation so I payed it. He knew I wasn't from the area so HE SCAMMED ME!!! Don't go read more

Classic bait and switch... we were visiting and my daughter wanted sns nails. she's in high school and money is tight but really wanted this as a treat. She called ahead and they told her $35 and ended up charging her $50. The two issues I have are the bait and switch on the price but also taking advantage of a high school kid. read more

Ok, first of all, my pedicure looked great when all was said and done. However, one of the women working there was rude to me (raised her voice), and I was given conflicting information on salon hours (closing time was earlier than listed online, apparently because of the off season in Santa Rosa Beach). I called and made a last minute appointment before showing up and checked that they were good to do my nails before I arrived. My appointment time made a lot more sense with their posted closing hours--not their actual closing time. Regardless, they said they could fit me in. As someone who prizes cleanliness, I was dismayed by a few things. Someone thoughtlessly stepped on top of my shoes as they sat out of the way beside the chair, someone also pushed my shoes aside with their shoe so they could clean there (not ideal--like just leave my shoes alone, please), someone was rushing to clean before closing, and literally cleaned my chair with a dirty towel while I was sitting in it (ew), and another person literally reached inside a trashbag full of trash to throw some trash away (touching the inside of the bag) WHILE they were doing my pedicure, and then went straight from there to touching my feet (yuck). I ended up declining a manicure and left after my pedicure feeling stressed and dirty. Not fun! read more

Living in Santa Rosa Beach, Ocean Nails is my local nail salon that my husband and I go to regularly. Kevin and his wife own the business and you can't beat the consistently kind, welcoming family business atmosphere. Why do we keep going back? -Price: great for the area, $30-35 for gel manicure; same for a milk & honey (fantastic step up) pedicure -Quality: I'm a regular gel manicure gal, so I've tried tons of places. This mani will last you at least 10 days and they have a great selection of colors to choose from. The milk & honey pedicure is a must and they don't skimp on the massage time (win!). -Husband friendly: my guy loves a good pedicure and they are excited to see him come in with me. Perfectly placed TV to turn on the game and Kevin often cracks a cold beer for him - he's a happy camper. -Waxing: they do a combo of waxing and threading which gives you cleaner lines than just one type alone. Note, this is a clean and consistent salon within walking distance of Gulf Place which is why we come back regularly. It's not fancy or trendy, but in my mind that's secondary to quality reasonably priced work. Go! You'll be glad you did. read more

The staff were very friendly and personable. Today I met Tina, Kim and Kevin. They all work well together. They offer a verity of services. The salon was very clean and the staff were very organized which cuts out a lot of extra time spent looking for items that may have been misplaced. Definitely will return! read more

I spent $95 on my mani-pedi and Kim yelled at me for asking to fix the shape and she was very rude during the entire visit I would not recommend. Pedicure was only 15 minutes and I paid over $40. DO NOT GO HERE! read more

Absolutely fabulous! Very professional with excellent customer service. Mimi is the best.

Love this place. We went today while on vacay (me, husband, toddler and 2 friends). My husband and I got luxurious deluxe pedicures. He also got a basic and I got a deluxe manicure. They painted my almost 3 year olds finger nails and were so sweet with her. We felt so well cared for and really enjoyed ourselves. Also. My husbands foot callouses were legit. Cracked heals, so bad! He definitely needs a couple other pedicures and a more committed relationship with his pumice stone but I was amazed at how much they worked on his feet. That made a tone of progress and I am a grateful wife! read more

First, I gave them a three because the pedi was good - mani not..They were busy so my tech was doing my gel pedicure at same time as another...Not good a good experience but she did a very good job. Next, was my gel manicure by someone else who did a terrible job. After less than a week I had to get another mani - gel wasn't put on evenly and not enough drying time in between each application. Also, Owner was there yelling at his wife to hurry up because he wanted to leave - very unprofessional...Cost was very high too...Won't be going back there again and would not recommend. read more

We were just back again and it was amazing as always. We will just keep coming back for the fantastic nails and great massages!

My girlfriend and I called ahead and she said there was no wait. We walk in and wait for roughly 20 minutes and then she takes us to the chairs and my girlfriend still doesn't have anyone work on her for another 10 minutes. The man who did my toes did a horrible paint job. I got gel like I always do and it's like he only put gel top coat on the center of my toe nails so the middle of my toes are shinny but the outsides are not. After he gets done with my toes he takes me to a chair and then leaves to walk outside. I sat in the chair for another 15 minutes and then he comes insides and lays out on the couch when I still have no one helping me. A lady then comes up behind me and tells me she will be doing my nails and she did a good job, but was extremely pushy about getting color on my nails when I didn't want color. I paid $80 for a basic gel pedi and a basic mani with no color which I think is a little much considering online on there website they have advertised a pedi and a mani for $45! I would not recommend. read more

i made an appointment with my cousin and her friend for acrylics and pedicures and when we got there we were told to wait. we ended up waiting 40 minutes even though we were on time for our appointment and then one lady, Kim, did all of our nails at the same time and was very rude when we tried to show her the colors we wanted saying she didn't have time for this. we were patient with her given they were busy and then my cousin asked for her nails to be a bit shorter and kim was snappy and rude and then turned to a college and started obviously talking about my cousin thinking we didn't understand. she then made my cousins nails so short they didn't look like they had tips and refused to give her the shape she wanted. when it was my turn again she refused to look at the pictures of how I wanted my nails and then did not do them how I wanted. I asked her to please make them a bit thinner and she said she was doing her best and that I had tiny nails but she had already added the large tips so she should have had plenty to work with. I asked for a man to do my pedicure after seeing how Kim did my cousins $40 pedicure in 10 minutes and I was pleased with the man who took his time on mine and fixed any imperfections. I did not catch his name but he was very willing to jump in and do my pedicure for me and he did my toes just how I asked. Kim was finished with my cousins way before me and obviously did not do anything to make our acrylics a relaxing experience. I cannot leave a good review but thank you to the kind man who did my pedicure. Kim took advantage of the fact that we were young teenagers without our parents to vouch for us. read more

I hot the milk and honey pedicure as suggested by other reviews, it was fantastic. The foot massage was relaxing and my toes look great.
