omg I went to get a pedicure I asked for OPI nailpolish 163 it was a red/purple color. when the lady went to apply it I told her it's not the same color I selected so the owner got the nail board and said see it's the same color and painted over the nail board. needless to say I was not happen with the end results and I told the lady I don't like it it's. not the color I selected so I ended up paying for the service but I did not leave a tip and I did not complete the other services I was going to get I will not go back the owner is very unprofessional and lies to you it's so dark in there you have to make sure the color you select it's the same color in the bottle I will not return Ieft there and went somewhere else tp get my nails repainted and my hands done This is the worse place ever read more

On vacation here in Santa Rosa Florida and my nail broke. When entering Jade Salon I was asked what was I needing. Which was to just get my nail fixed. The owner the woman proceeded to look me up and down and said well it will be a while. As she and the gentleman were attending to pedicures. I then asked how long she again looked me up and down and said oh well it's going to be about 2-3 hours I'm short handed. They only had 2 pedicures they were working on at the moment. So I told her I'll wait not a problem I was in no rush. So then I sit and then she approaches me to ask if I'd like to go to another salon and gave a name. I looked at her and asked do you NOT want to do my nail? And her response was no I just don't want you to wait for too long. I told her I'm fine! The gentleman was nice and wasn't rude at all. But as a business woman myself I would NEVER treat anyone like this it is NOT okay. Side note: I am a "Latina" woman I had a bathing suit hooded cover up and shorts on with slides and a baseball cap. I was dry I had not been to the water yet at all. So if your NOT a local and like being judged this is the place to come to‼I will NEVER be back here again and will file a report to BBB for the owner being raciest. read more

I had a pedicure with an amazing leg message. They shared great recommendations about lunch and other happenings in the area. Best nails in south Walton! Or anywhere I've gone for that matter. They literally do a perfect job here. I have gotten my nails done all over the country whenever I travel, and afterward I always think "why didn't I just wait til I got home to go to Jade." There will be no imperfections in your manicure and your cuticles will still look amazing when the oil wears off. Specifically Wilson, Mai (sp?) and Dennis are by far the best. They all learn your preferences and know how to give you what you need, from picking the perfect color as they get to know you (that you actually love) to being able to give you a massage when you're too ticklish/jumpy to get one anywhere else. I really love this place and this family, and loved to go to them even when they were at other nail salons in the area. Go here! You will be pleased! Best pedicure ever!!! I went here on a rainy day and treated myself to a pedicure. An older man did my pedicure (I don't remember his name), and he was the most meticulous and careful of anyone I've received a pedicure from. Not to mention the lower leg massage-- it was professional masseuse quality. The place is very clean and the staff is very friendly. It's also pretty clear that they have local regulars, a good sign in a highly touristy area. Highly recommend this place!! read more
