I've been here several times now over the last year. I moved from central Kitsap and although I felt like I was cheating on my previous nail tech (been with her for over 8 years) I'm happy I found this place. Honestly, anyone you get does an amazing job! I've tried almost everyone! Leigh the owner of course is AMAZING, but sitting right next to her is Lisa, who also does beautiful work. Then there's Tammy (who's often booked out) and Lyn and Mary, and Laura... There's a new pedicurist named Quinn and she did my toes today... she was great! I have one nail that if left to its own devices will grow into the side of my toe... ugh, she got that mofo without being asked! I'm always happy I came here. I also get my son pedicures and he gets clear dip because his nails are weak. (We've tried everything). And he's happy and although the first time wasn't the most comfortable, they never hurt his little fingers! Also, their prices are reasonable. Another thing I like is the ambiance, there's a large tv playing music videos with I believe Vietnamese artists... it's like their version of American idol or something sometimes and I can never look away! The sweetest people, they had wrapped Christmas presents for all their clients under a tree I'm super picky about shaping and they did mostly a good job, just a couple things I didn't feel like were perfect. Honestly very confused how this place has such great reviews. Came here for a gel manicure and pedicure. First thing that was concerning was the CLEANLINESS. They were using old nail files, cuticle pushers etc. was honestly debating walking away after the pedicure but didn't have the nerve. The gel manicure was about the same, dirty equipment and so poorly done. I was cut multiple times (which was further concerning with the reused equipment). This picture is my nails a few days after. The gel instantly peeled, did not go back to the cuticle and was so poorly done. For $85 for the mani and pedi, I'm back on the hunt for a new salon. read more

I wasn't impressed with this salon. New to the area and looking for a new place to have my nails and waxing done regularly. I called ahead and was informed if I came within the next ten minutes, they would have a pedicure chair available for me. Once seated, I explained I was interested in their Deluxe Pedicure ($35.00). My pedicure was over in less than thirty minutes and every detail of it was rushed. It seemed as other customers entered the building (walk-ins/asking for availability), the more rushed my pedicure became. At the end of the pedicure, I asked the nail technician if she was planning to put on another color coat and a clear coat because the color looked really uneven. She quickly globbed on another color coat then asked me to wait in the waiting area where she would meet me and apply a clear coat. I expressed my concerns to her in the moment about my whole experience and nothing was said, she seemed indifferent. Paid a flat $35.00 and do not plan to return. read more

She reassured me a few times to let me know she was still going to shape up and even them out. Just had a mani pedi with Jackie and it was awful. I don't say this lightly, but honestly one of the worst mani pedis I've ever had. Lucky to get two pushes on your cuticle and lucky if she even paints the entire nail. They say they have a matching color in gel but it's not the same color and she pushed me to pick a color that was not the same. I paid 50 dollars for an incredibly poor job. Hardly filed, hardly pushed cuticles and was lucky to get color on the entire nail. I know there are other women at this salon that are great, but my experience was horrible with Jackie. read more

My nail technician took her time on each one of my nails and her work definitely showed. And now I am obsessed with my nails! Walked in here on a whim because the place I usually go to was closed and it was my only day off work to get my nails done. It was very busy but the wait time wasn't long which I was thankful for. I got a pedicure and a full set of acrylics, no complaints about the pedicure, it went fine, polish on the toes was good. For the full set I asked for almond with a french tip. It was very clear the woman doing my nails was in a rush, probably stressed out because it was busy, which okay that's understandable, but if you're going to rush the application you atleast have to do a good job! The shape was the ugliest, roundest almond I've ever seen and the French tip was horrible, she straight up just painted half the nail with hardly an arch. I wish I would've taken a photo but to be honest the first thing I did was get in my car and look up another nail salon to rush to see if they could be fixed or I was just going to have them removed. During the whole experience I heard several of the other clients complaining to the nail techs about their nails, asking for things to be fixed, one lady was even pretty upset one of her cuticles was cut pretty bad. Save yourself a trip to this place and look into one of the other many nail salons in the area, trust me. read more

I don't think I've ever not tipped before at a nail salon but today's service really didn't deserve it. It took 2 hours for a fill and pedicure when I called ahead. Then they proceeded to take three people before finishing my pedicure that walked in. The lady that did my nails was difficult and rough. I get it that when you clip the sides of someone's nails sometimes you have to get in there. I am totally fine with that and all for it. Considering I've been getting my nails done for 15 years now I know when someone just can't do it right. Oh and after I had to process my own payment because they couldn't get their card reader to work so I did it for them. And then when I left and looked down to put shoes on the sides of my toes weren't even painted. Never again! read more

First nail salon I visited since moving here. The girl that did the cleaning/massage portion of my pedicure was pleasant, but really did not do a good job. I've had my share of pedis and she definitely skimped on the cleaning, which is the whole reason I go to salons. Then the owner did the painting (French tip). She was so grouchy. Maybe having a bad day, but still made the tips so thick that made my toes look stumpy. Stopped by for a quick pedicure after work and then went to go pick up my son. My baby of course stepped on my toe, and smudged the crap out of the polish. Sooo I stopped by to see if they could fix it real quick and they were so lovely about it. Really unhappy with this place. I went to get a pedicure and they left my feet soaking in the water for about 30 minutes with no tech ready for me. I would have preferred to have just sat until someone was ready. Then, my pedicure felt very rushed and they did a poor polish application, bumpy and smudged. It was all rushed. When I was getting my pedicure she looked everywhere except at my feet. Needless to say she missed lots of spots. She was trying to work on two people at once. She painted my nails very sloppy. I came on a random Thursday and there weren't many people in the shop and I was still rushed. The person who did my nails hit every single finger with the drill, filed my fingers, and did not paint my nails at all how I wanted. I paid 25$ to have my nails looks worse than if I bought a 6$ box of glue ones from the Walmart . She was rushed the whole time when it was totally not necessary to be , her next appointment didn't come in till 15 minutes after she was done with me . She used the same nail file on another women in front of me ... I asked for red tips and she painted the whole nail. nearly shaped them into the shape I asked for ...
