Per the contract terms, I was required to make the payments due at each stage -- including the delivery day payment, which brought my total paid to 90% of the $24,378.89 -- or face financial and legal consequences. FDACS public records: On March 2, 2026 I filed a consumer complaint with FDACS, State Consumer Mediator. Last week, on April 28, 2026, Prestige stated to the FDACS Mediator that I had: "inspected, accepted, paid for (in full), and permitted full installation of the product. No timely rejection occurred under the contract terms." BBB public record: However, 7 months earlier under the BBB complaint filed June 30, 2025, Prestige stated in a response on August 11, 2025: "When the client tried to 'reject the delivery', we called the manufacturer and they told us the windows had to be installed for them to look at them." I will now be taking the next legal step, supported by the detailed documentation I have compiled from Prestige's statements, responses and interactions over the past 18 months. My suggestion: Read the full complaints from the BBB (7/30/2025) and the FDACS (3/02/2026) which you can request to view at no cost. Based on the information in those documents and my experience, you can decide whether this is the right company for your project. As if trying to do renovation is not stressful enough, this has been one of the most frustrating…read moreand disappointing experiences we've dealt with. The quality of these doors is extremely poor. They are made of MDF and wrapped, but the finishing is horrible. For doors that cost thousands of dollars, this level of workmanship is unacceptable. On top of that, the doors are excessively heavy and cannot even be properly installed without additional reinforcement, which should not be necessary for a quality product. What made the situation worse is that these were custom doors. The company came out and measured the openings 3 separate times, yet the doors and frames still arrived in the wrong size. Instead of correcting the issue properly, the store sent someone into our apartment to cut and modify the doors on site. This resulted in further damage and poor finishing--essentially butchering doors that we paid a premium price for. In addition to the quality issues, we never even received the full order. We have been trying for months to get a refund for the missing doors, but have only received empty promises like "we're busy" or "we'll take care of it," with no resolution. At this point, we had no choice but to file a claim with our credit card company to try to recover our money. Also, being required to send the initial deposit via wire transfer should have been a major red flag. This situation has caused unnecessary stress in our home. Between the poor quality, incorrect measurements, and lack of accountability, I strongly advise others not to do business with this company. STAY AWAY!!!!!

I have been trying for months to get a refund on my order for half the doors that were never delivered and false promises of being busy or I will take care of it. YOU WILL NOT GET QUALITY DOORS YOU WILL HAVE A HARD TIME GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK. I HAD TO PUT A CLAIM WITH THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY FOR THE MONIES CHARGED ON MY CARD. The initial deposit was only to be wired into their account which I should have taken as a red flag from the get go. Hopefully the credit card company sides with me and I get those monies back.
