When you are replacing a bunch of windows, there is always, or should be, a little nervousness…read more It's a fair amount of money, time and effort. But the crew and staff at TMC were so terrific, they relieved any anxiety I may have experienced. They came several times to my home and measured and re-measured to make sure everything was perfect. The crew, led by Danny, worked diligently and exact. The new doors and windows look amazing! I am so grateful to TMC for their Great work. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

If I could give them negative stars, I would because that is what they have earned. Started…read moreworking with salesman early April (omitting names so the review isn't taken down). When we told him we were not certain about the style of doors for some of the items he urged us to sign the contract to take advantage of the discount and assured us we would be able to update via a change order. Nothing would be ordered until the choices were made and the change order was executed. We have done many remodeling projects over the years and change orders are standard so we had no reason to doubt his assurances. Since then he has overpromised and failed to deliver. Every time we texted or emailed to ask about the change order status he reiterated that it was with the office, everyone was aware, nothing would be ordered and the change order would be sent - tonight, tomorrow, next day...you get the picture. After weeks of waiting for the change order so we could move on the project, we tried to escalate a number of times because based on the reviews we expected better customer service. However, we were told we needed to resolve all the miscommunications and failed follow through with the salesman that had failed to follow through. Imagine our surprise when we got a text that some of the doors were ready for installation. The salesman was shocked as he had told us nothing would be ordered until the change order was signed. In an effort to salvage the project and because we wanted to believe the salesman, we allowed for partial installation. The installation was riddled with additional issues. Wrong hardware, wrong trim, no wood molding around the door. The salesman was apologetic and did not understand why there was a disconnect. After another few weeks of messages, emails and requests to escalate, we finally got confirmation that the salesperson and the director of revenue would come to our home at 2pm on 6/22. They arrived late 30 minutes late (even though my husband had made it clear he was meeting them during his lunch hour) and the director of revenue was defensive and put all blame on the misrepresentations made by their salesman on us. During the meeting the salesman told him that the remaining doors had not been ordered. After that meeting the company STILL had the salesman follow up to ask how we wanted to proceed. He was embarrassed at that point because he was telling us the company would be able to address our concerns and they hung him out to dry. Even though it wasn't our fault, in an effort to put this nightmare behind us and NEVER deal with them again, after a few exchanges with the director of revenue, we agreed to a resolution provided they completed the project by today. No response for over a week until this afternoon when they basically said 'thanks for agreeing to letting us do what we haven't done but keep bending over backwards so we can do it in our terms'. @owner of the company you should step in sooner and not wait for the online reviews to try justifying the experience. For all those that posted 1 star reviews in the last year we should talk about options. Based on your experiences I can tell is not the individual players. It's the company.

FIND ANOTHER COMPANY FOR YOUR WINDOWS! I have never encountered a company that makes it so…read moredifficult to get a window. First I was quoted around $700 for a picture window for my attic only to have Art, the sales person, completely disappear. 5 months later when I reached back out, he quoted me double the price for the same window. I get that things cost more, but double? Art came out to measure the window (I had to give him my own ladder and flashlight which on one hand is totally fine but on the other makes one question the professionalism). It took another 4 weeks for the "head installer" to come out who I never saw or met (why are we measuring multiple times and why is Art measuring?) Then I received a shady invoice with no company letterhead that requested payment to the sales person's wife. When I asked how long it would take and if he could call the manufacturer in advance to get an estimate of time - he said no. So one has no idea how long it's going to take and you have to pay first to get an estimate on time. Then the sales person abruptly said he would pass on my project, assuming because he did not like my questions on time of install. I tried to call the office to talk to someone but no one ever answers.
