2025 | $11 | Kids menu Smash Burger: my son loved the pretzel bun and enjoyed the burger overall.

Aug. 2025 | Great Experience Customer service - 5 out of 5 Wait time - 5 out of 5 Cleanliness - 5 out of 5 Atmosphere - 4 out of 5 Food quality - 4.5 out of 5 $36 | Blackened Chicken & Shrimp Alfredo Piping hot and full of flavor. Chicken portion felt small, maybe 4oz or less. $39 | NY Strip & Garlic Shrimp My wife loved it. Steak was tender, shrimp perfectly cooked. $11 | Kids Smash Burger My son was all about that pretzel bun, said the burger was "super good." Service was great--our waitress was friendly and attentive. Atmosphere was nice, though the lighting was a bit dim. Overall score: 23.5/25 -- Solid A.

New fav place in OC! My mom, fiancé, and I tried this place out over the summer. Our waitress, Alexandra, was so kind and provided recommendations as it was our first visit. We started off with the crab dip which was SO good. One of the best in OC. For entrees, we each ordered a different burger variety. I got the big dill burger minus onions. The sauce was a bit too spicy for me but I loved everything else about the burger! My fiancé had the shorebilly burger and it was piled high with all the toppings. My mom ordered a BYO smashburger and enjoyed it. The burgers came with house made chips and they were addicting!! I wish we had room for dessert because the table next to us was devouring a cookie skillet that looked amazing. Will def be back for it!

I dont' often give 5 stars but I have been coming here multiple times over the past year and the place is unbelievable. It doesn't matter if you're only getting drinks, step up to a burger or go for the big dog , the Tomahawk Steak which is the best I have had in the entire country. Jacob is an awesome mixologist and the personality of the whole place. Come enjoy this spot with confidence.

Crab Dip burger with homemade chips...my mouth is watering looking at this pic.

Wow! Would have walked by 100 times and probably never thought to stop in. It sits above street level just off the side of the LaQuinta Inn, think it might actually connect to it. We found it through a recommendation. Atmosphere inside was not what I expected. Live music, cool bar, upstairs seating, loved it. They great you with homemade chips and dip which are awesome! I got a burger with crab dip and it was amazing! We split a whole bunch of apps, 10 people, sonic was hard to track, but everything was excellent. The one flatbread, I think crab, was so good...had a little kick, so if you're not a spicy person, maybe go different route, but I loved it. I cannot wait to return on our vacation next year. Great little hidden gem.

Crab drip and fried pickles

Great little spot in ocean city!! The pina colada and Moscow mule were great to start along with the crab drip. We all devoured the bread bowl it came in and I liked adding a little hot sauce too. It wasn't too crowded in there and the waiter was nice! The surf n turf came a bit too rare for my liking, but overall a good experience!

This place is absolutely lovely. The ambiance, lighting, are relaxing (especially after a busy day at the beach). We sat at the bar, and the bartenders were professional and made us feel like we were at home. The food was DELICIOUS. I got the crab dip, and my friends got the Chesapeake pizza and crab cakes. There is an elevator to the restaurant in the LaQuinta and plenty of parking around the street. Highly recommend this place and its team!

10/10. Food, drinks, and service were all great. We've ate at multiple places here in Ocean City and this was by far the best!

Food was excellent! I had the Beef Wellington which is covered in Crab Imperial and my wife had the filet and lobster.... both great. Friend had the smash burger on pretzel roll which looked amazing!

PROs - live music , location , ambience , bar CONs - service could be better We were staying in La Quinta and this place was a part of the same hotel . Such an awesome restaurant within la Quinta . Dropped our kids in the room and stepped out late . There is an entrance right from la Quinta lobby to this place . The interiors were just beautiful . There are also place outdoors to sit and eat . They had a full fledged bar . Beer varieties were good . Not much of IPA options though . Best thing was LIVE music ! Wow . Sounded so good . Ambience was spectacular . Had some finger food and quick ones . Service could be better at the bar . Still loved this place and had a good time .

Chesepeake flatbread

Ocean 13 was convenient for us since we stayed at La Quinta but I was expecting more with the reviews it had. They gave us a basket of some sort of chips to start but they were all pretty crunched up- hard to eat. My husband and I ordered the orange crushes for drinks and they were below average- very watery. The happy hour menu was a great deal, and the ambiance was nice- we sat outside with our kids and the service was very fast and friendly. I had the Chesepeake flatbread (crab and shrimp with a Cajun style sauce drizzled on top) and it was good- not a ton of crab or shrimp but it was tasty. Their flattop grill wasn't working so no burgers were being served- not sure if I'd try this place again but it wasn't a bad spot for a quick bite!

A few key points to take away with this restaurant This place is worth a try for sure with a few easy adjustments I would imagine could assist them greatly. On their website you can make a reservation but unable to do so the same day; alternatively they do welcome larger parties. Their menu is not large, but they have options. The apps are pretty solid - we all liked the crab dip and the crab guacamole. Only issue was, even with our server Amanda doing her best with all the tables - the apps came out 50 minutes later. That I feel can be remedied easily. The environment/ temperature was different? Like, was concerned that there was spotty air conditioning? Drinks were condensation everywhere. Our orders were as follows: grilled cheese, mac daddy, bbq flatbread, crab flat bread, burrata, crab cake sandwich and chicken Alfredo. I personally got the crab cake sandwich and I liked it very much. The chips were SALTY LIKE TEN NOTCHES and I like salty chips so I'm not a salt weirdo. But phew.... They serve a good amount of drinks so there should be many options. We liked the high noon pineapple. So the largest two issues would be parking could be very tough and second and most important the bbq pizza came out wayyyy late. They did make it right and let us to a free cookie skillet dessert which was the best thing! Additionally - very clean bathrooms and nice staff who were checking in on how everything was. I hope things get better for these peeps because the foundation is there. We could've got a bad night and my review might be off but just giving assessment.

The restaurant is attached to La Quinta Hotel. Due to hotel renovations, we took the stairs. The place was welcoming and you could see the water from the window where we sat. We came here for dinner and the servers were accommodating and nice. We ordered the crab cakes, honey old bay wings, and the crab dip. The best part was the wings. The crab dip had too much filler and way too much cream cheese. I preferred the bread over the chips with the dip. We had to add a little old bay to offset the cream cheese tang. The crab cakes were also with a lot of filler. It was decent but we've had better. Overall we will be back especially in season to see if there are any changes with the menu.

Crab cakes with fries

We came here for dinner. They have 20 percent off on entrees during happy hour from 3pm-6pm. The crab cakes weren't good, the crab dip was okay, there was too much filler, and the honey old bay wings were great. Overall it was good food I would eat here again. Service was great. Overall great environment for any occasion.

Not much has changed with the ambiance - bar atmosphere, with each time there being a live music act when we came in to eat. As a party of 10 the last two years (a yearly trip) we were sat in front of the music. Not my favorite place as it's hard to have a conversation but the music was good. We had a younger waiter take care of us - we put in some drinks - I ordered a blackberry bourbon tea. It wasn't very sweet or flavorful. Almost like it was watered down. Meh. We put in several apps to start our meal: crab pierogis, cheesesteak egg rolls and crab dip. The crab pierogis sounded good - but the sauce on them or around them was watery. Another person in our party got the crab corn chowder- it was watery. Chowders are thicker, not thin. The cheesesteak egg rolls were good - had a nice flavor to them. The crab dip was very very flavorful - maybe one of the best on the island I have had. For my meal I ordered the Baltimore bird which is fried chicken topped with crab dip. It was a HUGE piece of chicken and looked great -- then I took a bite. The chick was raw inside. Hoping it was just a part of the breast I bit into another part - middle chicken was pink and raw. What makes matters even worse was the Heinz ketchup bottle on the table - billed as a Pittsburgh bar - did not have Heinz in it. Ketchup was way too sweet - definitely off brand. We shared desserts as a table - the brownie Ala mode and the tower brownie cheesecake. Both were.. well small. Good taste but, limited. Again - just ok overall.

Rob and Rose greeted and welcomed us. We ordered the Medium steamed Crabs, Crab Cake Sandwich, Crab Bisque, corn on the cob and Hush Puppies. Wow! What a treat so early in the season. The Bisque was excellent. It's not too spicy but they give you extra seasoning and spice to add according to your personal taste. The Crab Cake was just as advertised. No filler, fresh Crab, Eastern Shore style and delicious. The medium crabs were very good. Some establishments would be seeking them as Large. They were seasoned and steamed perfectly. Heavy and sweet. The sides; Corn on the Cob, steamed in the Husk was very good and the Hush Puppies were a perfect pairing. My apologies for lack of pictures, we ate most everything before I started taking pictures. Rob and Rose were very attentive. They told us their story and shared a scrap book of their off season home in New Mexico. They were in the process of training and orienting their summer staff while we enjoyed our meal. The attention to detail, customer first, quality service and passion for excellent food was on full display. The dining is beach rustic and perfect. There's a good amount of parking and it's easy to find them right along coastal highway. What initially seemed like a disappointment today turned into a wonderful discovery of a new favorite. On The Bay Seafood is a must try if you're at the shore this year.

We ordered the seafood combo that included six hard-shell crabs, three pounds of snow crab legs, a half-pound of shrimp, corn, and hush puppies. The hard-shell crabs were decent, although they seemed slightly oversteamed. The meat in the legs was practically fused to the shell, making them difficult to eat. The snow crab legs were good, but the shrimp were noticeably undercooked, which made peeling them nearly impossible. There were a few bright spots. The beer was reasonably priced at $4.50 a pint, and the hush puppies were excellent--arguably the best part of the entire meal. The corn, however, was tough and seemed past its prime. For the roughly $145 we spent on the combo, I expected a better overall dining experience. Sadly, this seems to be the standard at many seafood restaurants these days: higher prices without a corresponding increase in quality. And while it's a minor issue compared to the food, the deck seating chairs were surprisingly uncomfortable and felt out of place for a restaurant charging these prices. Overall, the meal wasn't terrible, but it fell well short of expectations given the cost.

I asked to be near a window. I wanted to soak up some more time looking at the sights and the lighting was perfect. I ordered the breakfast sandwich with regular bacon vs Canadian bacon, and swapped out the potatoes for fresh fruit, and an order of pancakes. Everything was fantastic! My sandwich was in a brioche bun and it complimented it perfectly! The fruit was a decent serving size. I also opted for some pancakes. I just had to satisfy a craving. It was two pancakes served with fresh fruit, powdered sugar and syrup. It hit the spot. Their menu had a few crab options for those who are looking for breakfast that includes crab. They honestly had something for everyone. Pricing was on point for it being a hotel, on the beach etc. It was to be expected. There is a comp for staying at the hotel, which helps off set the cost. My waitress was fantastic. She was hustling and taking care of all the things. She had someone help run food which I'm sure was helpful. Only downside for me was a family behind me sitting had a dog and I could smell it. Not sure if it was a service animal or not. But, yeah just something I noticed. I will definitely come back.
