So I had to pay an extra $10 to wash my clothes and I have not received a refund or a call back from anyone. Then I had to switch dryers because one of them did not accept coins. It was thee WORST experience ever. The quality of service has gone to shit and they lack customer service. No follow up or anything to make the experience better. They take your money and don't care about doing the right thing because they know pickings are slim in this area.
