The vending machine doesn't really work and it says it does almost everything is out of order so half of the machines don't work

Machines are always broken down or don't work properly. They hire the most unprofessional people. One time two workers were doing laundry and I had in my ear buds and they didn't think I could hear them. One of them says "oh she works for (nursing travel agency) why is she coming here? And they proceeded to talk about me right in front of me saying some people don't know how to manage their money. All of the dryers are faulty and don't dry well. Someone just said that to a worker and as soon as the lady left the workers are complaining to each other and the one says that the machines work just fine. I'm here also to say they do not. Im a homeowner in the area and during the replacement of my home washer and drier I was out of a way to wash at home meanwhile the delivery of new ones so I took my stuff here... when I set my clothes to dry and came back for it it was wet ... all wet! I showed the attendant and she said there is nothing she can do that I would have to write out a refund form which takes 2-3 days to get an answer for. I filled out the form hoping to get back exactly what I put in to dry which was like $2 and change each machine. It's been over a month and no reply . I have tried to check the status and they never pick up the phone at the number the attendant gave me to call In person when I walked in to check the status once. Finally I get someone on the phone and they bluntly said it was denied that the machine worked. Not to mention the attendant agreed the day of issue that those machines been having problems. I have never had such a bad experience at a laundromat. Their hot water broke and they didn't tell anyone and when someone would complain that the washers are not working they scream at the guest telling them they should have known. Two washes later I was about to get my wash and go somewhere else. I will never go back again. They don't care about you. read more

I did my laundry here when it was still Mr. Bubbles and I have to say that the changes since it became Spin City have not been good. They did away with things like $1.00 Quick Wash day and free dryer day for loyalty card holders. They started charging for loyalty cards and my old loyalty card will no longer work. I will be forced to buy a new one or use quarters but.....you have to bring your own quarters since they no longer have change machines. Who ever heard of a laundromat that doesn't have quarters ? The attendants often have large numbers of the machines tied up doing drop off laundry service, they are usually unfriendly, and the place is often times a mess. I would like to find another place to do laundry but they now own almost every laundromat in the county. Beware of Spin City..wear dirty clothes, find another laundromat or even beat your clothes on a rock in a stream. First of all..their machines don't take money, you have to BUY a "loyalty card" for $1. That's inconsequential but it's the principle. A couple hundred people spending $1 each for a card adds up. Then you have to add money onto the card. After adding money onto the card hope and pray that it will work. I added money onto a card only to find the washers weren't reading the card. Attendant said to get a new card (another $1) and transfer the funds off the old card to new one. Only way to do that is to get on web site, create an account with name,address,phone number,e mail (so they can bomb you with spam) user name password (letters,numbers,special characters) etc. Then transfer funds...that takes up to 48 hours depending on who's working in corporate office. A little inconvenient when your dirty clothes are sitting in dry washer. Try to cash out card at site is impossible because there's no money there. Not a cent for change or anything. Nothing can be done at site..Everything has to go through corporate web site. Call corporate to cash out card and that's impossible. Only thing that can be done is to zero out card..no refunds. Customer service is non existent. I was told if I don't lie it go somewhere else. Avoid Spin City unless you have money to lose..nickle and dime you to death and all they care about is money.
