It was thee WORST experience ever. The quality of service has gone to shit and they lack customer service. No follow up or anything to make the experience better. They take your money and don't care about doing the right thing because they know pickings are slim in this area.

Tonight, though, tonight took the cake. I came back to the laundromat from the gym around 10:30 and found A NAKED UNHOUSED GUY HAD STOLEN MY BLANKET FROM A DRYER. He was laying there, NAKED, on a table with MY blanket on top of him. He eventually sat up, barely concealing his nudity, while I ran out. This place needs to close at night, it should not be 24 hours. It's sad that the unhoused have no place to go at night, but don't get your things stolen because of it.

There seemed to be plenty of space to sit and wait and there were still open washers and dryers. Basic amenities include change machines, laundry vending machines & snacks/drink machines. There were a decent number of seats, tables, folding tables and a restroom. Be aware, the restroom is only open from 8-4, when the attendant is present. Google reviews mentioned WiFi but I didn't see a sign or password, and there was no open WiFi when I checked.
