The store is very clean while an attendant is there.. it is prone to get dirty over night but they get right to work on cleaning it back up at 930 am. Go check them out!

Absolutely do not use any of the services run by these individuals. The owners have two locations and at the Inverness Coin Laundry, owned and operated by the same individuals, I had two designer items stolen from my dry cleaning. The owner states they are not responsible as they send out all dry cleaning services, but also refused to give me the name of the service they used. After a month of waiting for them to "find" the items, and four in person stops to the location to resolve the issue, I finally had to file a policy report for the items as the total value equates to a second degree felony. They were repeated rude to me and time and time again placated and attempted to manipulate me into leaving and never coming back. I kept receiving the same story "the items arn't stolen, we just can't find them", "we just need more time to locate them (its been over a month)", "I wasn't giving them a chance to work with me to resolve the issue" (four in person visits in a week with multiple attempts given). They never provided a claim form for the items, they did not take any responsibility for the theft, they did not offer to refund the over 100$ of additional dry cleaning from the order. They clearly do not want to be in business when they blame the customer, drag their feet delaying delivery, refuse to pay for the items lost. The facebook star statues is clearly not a true reflection of their actual services. I was additionally informed while attempting to get my own items back, that there additional customers had either had items damaged, stolen, or returned to the wrong customer in the past three weeks. They need to be shut down or close up everything but the self serve units because they will not take any responsibility for items left for any of their other services. I am so glad I choose not to utilize their advertised tailor services. Use caution and keep receipts and images of all items if you choose to gamble with this establishment. This is an additional review on the same location after having attempted multiple times to get a resolution.

Then I see the woman I. Charge opening the dryer filters, establishment full @7-8 customers, she starts cleaning filters from the dryers and uses the table to lean it up against and particles and lint are falling on the table and the floor! Guess what she never wiped the tables off! This WAS MY GO TO...not sure anymore! Total disappointment! Where did the guy who kept that place immaculate go????

The website was so convenient! I was able to add delivery instructions, care instructions, abd folding instructions. I appreciated that when they dropped off the clothing it wasn't just in the bags I'd given them - they were in clear plastic bags as well, to protect the clean laundry. Plus, more formal clothes were on hangers. I haven't inspected all the laundry yet but I see no issues so far and everything was well packed and smelled great!!!
