I swiped my card to use machine number 47. The machine stopped working and so I had to switch machines. The attendant told me that she could not issue a credit or a refund unless the owner approved it. So I had to pay an extra $10 to wash my clothes and I have not received a refund or a call back from anyone. Then I had to switch dryers because one of them did not accept coins. It was thee WORST experience ever. The quality of service has gone to shit and they lack customer service. No follow up or anything to make the experience better. They take your money and don't care about doing the right thing because they know pickings are slim in this area. read more

I've used this laundromat since i moved here 3 years ago. I work at spincity commercial laundry & i've always recommended this laundromat, never been to any other one. NEVER had a problem until today 5/28. I've had them pull my laundry out probably less than 5 times in the 3 years, never minded, i would usually run a few errands after putting them in the washer, run to sams, or Walmart since it's usually at night, i get it you aren't suppose to leave your laundry unattended but this lady went & took my clothes out, i always use 3 washers, mine & my husbands in one, my baby is another & bath mats & mop in another. My baby has sensitive skin & she pulled all 3 of them out, put the bathroom mat & mop on top of my baby's clothes! I have them all separated for a reason! I don't mind mine & the bathroom items mixed but not on top of my baby's clothes! It's common sense like you don't put detergent items with food, right? So i told her who is going to give me back my $7.50 to rewash. At least the $2.50 that cost to wash my baby's clothes, she just looked at me & sad idk what to tell you. & that's not the only thing..., a few washers have taken my quarters & she never replaced the money their washers took! I had to leave go to the store & calm down & go back in to talk to her because i was livid! She was so rude too! Steve do better about your employees. This specific one cause I've never had an issue with the others! EDIT; BTW IVE HAD TO WAIT 20 TO 45 MINUTES FOR A WASHER & SOMETIMES DRYER, I DONT BE PULLING NO ONES CLOTHES OUT OF THEM CAUSE I WAS TAUGHT NOT TO TOUCH OTHERS STUFF! wow, I have lived and traveled various states, I was impressed. The facility is extremely clean. The female manager was very active Cleaning. Machines ran well. On top of that, the cost of machines Very reasonable. What a pleasure, often I dread going to do laundry, But this was a joy! Thank you. The customers were very pleasant also. Great! read more

This place is the best, it's always clean. Plus there are so many washers, which are in very good condition. Dryers work, they give you ample time for your money. Friendly, attentive staff, which are mainly bi-lingual. They have a seating area with tables, a few TVs and fans to keep you cool, when fighting to fold that fitted sheet. Plenty of folding tables to get job done quick. If you don't have time to stay an wash, they have a wash and fold service, which is reasonable. Kids room for the kids, always playing cartoons or kid appropriate shows. A few video games in the lobby, over priced, but will help pass the time in a pinch. read more

I used to like this laundromat but I hadn't been there in a lil over 2 months...and they STILL charged my debit card $16.50 last month (January)!!! So I went (because they do NOT answer their phone) and told the girl working there about it and she just kept saying "call manayer" but I didn't call the "manager" cuz he probably doesn't speak good English either so I cancelled my debit cardI had used my debit card in two machines around Thanksgiving, and I believe they keep our card info, which they don't tell you. So they charged me fraudulently!! I was so pissed I will not go back. read more

Washer stopped working half way through the washing cycle. Staff would not reimburse me any money nor would they pay for another machine. I had to rewatch and they had no concern. Poor customer service. read more

Very clean. Different sized machine options for washing and drying. No wait today even though it's busy. TV's to watch while you wait, (or fold). A kids room with a tv. (Not available today for some reason). Lots of folding tables with a place for hangers. Numerous laundry carts that also have hanging capacity. Attendant on duty. Laundry soap, softener, snacks and drinks available. ATM and machines for change. Lots of parking. Western Union services also. This is a great, clean laundromat. read more

It is very unfortunate that a Hispanic business treat Hispanic customers like criminals. The machine that they have to change bills for quarters took my last dollar. I report it and the attendant didn't believe me because it didn't eat her dollar. She told me to call the number on the machine to report any problem. Steve told me that he will call the laundromat and that's all they did. They will not pick up my phone calls or anything. I know that is just a dollar but when is your last one and you need to do laundry for your family is very hard. However, what gets me more angry is the way I was treated and I will only use their machine if the attendant is next to me when I am changing the money since they don't believe me. I will try my best to never visit this place again. read more

The "last wash at 10" part is far from true, I had one load of laundry to do left and figured why not in an hour I can easily do a quick wash and dry to take home and fold so I arrived at 9:55 and was told by the attendant that they were closed. Nonetheless, I asked why it stated last WASH at 10 and she said it's 2 mins until 10. I understand that she wants to be home like any of us after a long day of work but it is misleading to customers when I could have just saved my time and gone to Spin City which is open 24/7. But, she stated at 10 the doors are locked and ALL machines turned off, so I took all of my clothes out of the machine and left. Unfortunately I know that I am not the only one she turns away close to 10, so I did indeed tell her if you guys close at 9:50 or 9:55 than that should be the time on the door because I have been here 10 mins before opening and she doesn't open early. Senor Bubbles has changed my view of laundromats. Clean, friendly staff, equipment in good condition, reasonable prices. If I had to complain, I would say they get a bit crowded at times. But what can you expect from a place that rates so well in other areas. read more
