I currently have MdDs for about 2 weeks now after a cruise. It feels like I'm rocking back and forth on a boat or spinning when I'm standing still. It normally leads me to being nauseous. CBD has been helping me with nausea and I'm able to go to work. However, I needed a solution to bear with the motion sickness especially during work other than using a CBD vape. It's been harsh on my throat. I didn't get the gentleman's name but he helped me with some recommendations and answered any questions I had. Beyond helpful. He also gave me a sample of the CBD salve. This place is straight up awesome. I don't usually turn to CBD because I'm unfamiliar with it, but when I had a HORRID headache I came here and the clerk was incredible. She was attentive, and she listened to me when I explained my problems, and she offered multiple solutions! I felt very heard :) I understand how it all works now and it was made very simple! Seemed like the clerk wasn't super familiar with the products, particularly the animal products. I placed an online order the night before I showed up, it wasn't ready when I got there. The CBD treats I ended up getting seemed to work great, but my decisions were google based, not at the clerk's recommendation. The man who came out of the back office (I assume the owner/manager) was awesome, gave samples and was just overall great. The manager eventually stepped in and gave me the second vape, confirming I should have received it. What was disappointing is that no one apologized for the mistake or how I was treated. Everyone makes mistakes, but good customer service means owning them. I left feeling disrespected and won't be returning.

That is not how a manager should conduct himself in front of customers or staff. We value professionalism and mutual respect. Unfortunately, this interaction fell far below that standard. We tried warming it with a lighter and we tried ripping out the crutch but it was the actual flower inside that was clogged. You couldn't suck any smoke out of it. We returned back after dinner the same night but was told they could only give me a 20% discount towards my next order. I said to forget it that I won't be returning back ever. $41 down the drain! The receipt says, "Exchanges within 30 days will be honored for defective products." The manager said they only do exchanges on cartridges. If that's the case then why add this on their receipt? High prices do not mean high quality at this store. That joint should have taken us to another level but all it did was make us mad and frustrated!

I just moved to the area a few weeks ago and I've gone to this shop twice already. Their selection and quality of products is really fantastic. I love the bathbombs, teas, and assorted gummies. They are all really enjoyable and have been very effective at helping me relax after a stressful move and new start. The staff is awesome! It's very welcoming and friendly in the shop. I recently purchased OC Wellness Solution's Hempstrax CBD extracts full spectrum 10,000mg CBD menthol salve.
