Very disappointed in everything but the product. I thought a referral was appreciated but instead got hit with a 180$ just to deal with them. Wish there was somewhere else to get their product because the orange county delivery part of it is ridiculous. To explain further my friends friend made some sort of shady arrangement and owes them 180$ . That's them, I pay for everything I buy and don't owe anybody. Always been that way. Not gonna pay that person's debt and not gonna recommend a shady place that gives people stuff on credit. Any entrepreneurs out there ought to take note. This isn't a fake review this is a real customer. Strangely enough rather than trying to mitigate or remedy this botched relationship, this business prefers to dismiss my grievance as fake. Because of a miscommunication this company and its owner has threatened me. They supposedly own several illegal dispensaries and say I'm now black balled. This is not how you run a business, especially if you're already operating in a grey area. They aren't properly licensed, the product is super weak and they threaten people. I have a med card, I'm not worried about finding medication. Don't give your money to this place. The owner sucks read more

There are many in-store and delivery options in Southern California, but the Sinking Clouds' staff is knowledgeable of their product and always provides incredibly reliable and respectful service.
