First time visiting Culture Dispensary in Stanton. I placed an online order and the email…read moreconfirmation said I would receive another message when my pickup order was ready. After waiting about 5 hours with no update, I decided to go in person and was told they don't actually send pickup notifications. That part was confusing and could definitely be communicated better. The front staff was friendly and told me I would receive 30% off as a first-time customer, but at checkout they clarified the discount only applied if you spent $30 or more. On my way out, the front staff asked if I got the discount and mentioned I was also supposed to receive a free pre-roll, but neither ended up being offered. Even with the miscommunication, the dispensary itself was very clean, organized, and had a large selection of cannabis products. There was also plenty of parking right in front, which made the visit convenient. Overall, a decent experience with good product options, but customer communication could be improved.

Today Marie V was smart enough not to send out the employee review... She was rude, unhelpful, snarky, and dismissive. There are none left inside the fridge, so I ask is there any alternatives... she replies "well you can look down there yourself" while rolling her eyes. I begin to ask more questions which she completely ignores, just to say here's your $1 change, bye, and walks away. I would 100% recommend Haven, but steer clear of this rude bud-tender MARIE V. They had a lot of really good, solid brands, including some flavors and products I had never seen before. The cashier went to get the products but came back with only one. When I told her she never gave me the second one, she insisted she already had and said they would need to review the security video. At that point, I had already paid, and it was embarrassing to be treated like I was trying to get something for free when I was simply asking for the product I had purchased. The manager eventually stepped in and gave me the second vape, confirming I should have received it. What was disappointing is that no one apologized for the mistake or how I was treated. Everyone makes mistakes, but good customer service means owning them. I left feeling disrespected and won't be returning.

They had opened the box already/ it wasn't even sealed. They just slapped their own sticker over it to make it look like it was a sealed and authentic product.
