First time visiting Culture Dispensary in Stanton. I placed an online order and the email…read moreconfirmation said I would receive another message when my pickup order was ready. After waiting about 5 hours with no update, I decided to go in person and was told they don't actually send pickup notifications. That part was confusing and could definitely be communicated better. The front staff was friendly and told me I would receive 30% off as a first-time customer, but at checkout they clarified the discount only applied if you spent $30 or more. On my way out, the front staff asked if I got the discount and mentioned I was also supposed to receive a free pre-roll, but neither ended up being offered. Even with the miscommunication, the dispensary itself was very clean, organized, and had a large selection of cannabis products. There was also plenty of parking right in front, which made the visit convenient. Overall, a decent experience with good product options, but customer communication could be improved.

First time customer too, not from the State, just trying to figure things out. Don't bother them with your order, I promise, you'll feel like you're bothering them. Any other business like this will have better service; use them. I'd love to comment on the product but it never got delivered...and nothing until I did the follow up with them. That was just round 2 of the same terrible service which ended with him hanging up on me after I finally broke and asked, yes not politely, why he was being such a phallus. Ridiculous. I understand the driver had issues, follow up with your customers. If not, when they call back, trying to give you money again, don't offer a preroll after acting like that. People buy from people. I'd get that guy a Salesperson Coach if he's going to handle customer revenue and retention.

I'll definitely be ordering from these guys again soon!
