The staff refused to exchange or refund a pair of shorts even though we shopped there often which I thought was pretty ridiculous at the time even with receipt on hand. After the years went by I had finally returned and didn't let that one bad visit stop me from purchasing from their shop again. Since then I haven't had any issues and I still continue to shop here. They do have quality clothing, their pro club shirts are nice quality and they have all the Levi colors and sizes I usually wear. The dickies are always stocked up and their jackets are nice as well. I also buy my hats from them once in a while. The hat selection is not huge but they do have some decent style hats from time to time. Since the last visit I have decided to change my review from 1 star back up to 4 star. The staff is friendly, They do not have the biggest selection but they do carry a wide variety of modern style clothing and it's perfect for work gear and t shirts. The prices are decent as well.

Quality is OK but you get what you pay for. They currently have swim suits on sale and they are quite cute. They have mostly casual clothing items and a few formal dresses. Average prices range from $20 for tops and $30 and above for dresses. Staff here is super friendly and there is a large area in the back for you to try on clothes. Indoor decor is really cute and nice. Will be back here to shop if I am in the area. Restrooms are open to the public and very clean.

Now they have a large store, very clean and new. They have a lot of fitting rooms too so I didn't have to guess my size any more. The size was Asian size: meaning I wear Asian M which is about the same as US S size. I'm not confused because I grew up in Asia but friends in the US might want to try first to gauge which size you wear. If you've lived in Asia or Europe this size definitely makes sense. Very friendly staff btw! They even asked me "How are you?" every time I entered the fitting room.

However, the cashier then used high-pressure, rushing tactics that intentionally speeded up and confused the checkout process. Instead of letting me tap or insert my card freely at my own pace, he used this confusion to get me to hand my physical card over to him so he could plug it in himself. This aggressive merchant behavior denied me the right to use the customer-facing terminal freely and safely maintain control of my payment card. The clerk was acting like he was superior and the patrons were inferior. This store actually has a great selection of items and good clothing brands like Dickies. I was fully planning on returning to shop here regularly, but because of the aggressive, arrogant, and passive-aggressive behavior of the cashier at checkout, I will never step foot in this establishment again. Owners need to train their staff not to act like tyrants at the register. A good clothing selection means nothing if your employees make loyal customers feel mistreated, inferior, and stressed out when trying to pay. You officially lost my business. Next time a business acts like this, I will just drop the clothes on the counter and walk right out."

The first bad experience I had he convince me to buy a "used" park of zapatillas. They looked brand new and weren't even worn once but had no box. Something about them not fitting. They didn't have new ones in her size and we needed them for a performance so I told them. A few days later the buckle fell off. When I came he said bo returns. I told him I wasn't asking for a return but for then to be fixed it. He fixed it with a gold buckle (the other shoe had a silver buckle) he told me he didn't have one that matched and that I should consider myself lucky he was fixing then for me. I should have learned then but I didn't. I went back. Last week I bought a white pair of zapatillas paid $58. This week I went back and got a white pair and was charged $48. I asked if all their zapatillas were priced the same and he said yes. I then questioned why I was charged $10 more the previous week. He got his panties in a bunch and said his wife said the wrong price this week and I should consider myself lucky that I got a discount. They clearly don't have act together on pricing and their customer service skills suck. I liked that it was close to home but I am done being told I should consider myself lucky.
