A new clothing store in Fullerton! I shopped all my clothes from their online store for a few years now and the price was so cheap my friend thought it was a scam. It's not! Now they have a large store, very clean and new. They have a lot of fitting rooms too so I didn't have to guess my size any more. The size was Asian size: meaning I wear Asian M which is about the same as US S size. I'm not confused because I grew up in Asia but friends in the US might want to try first to gauge which size you wear. If you've lived in Asia or Europe this size definitely makes sense. Very friendly staff btw! They even asked me "How are you?" every time I entered the fitting room. read more

Mixed reviews on this place simply due to the owners policy and sizing.. Let's start with the positives: it's clean, friendly, a huge variety of clothing options, fairly affordable on most pieces, and the staff is very helpful. Negatives: the sizing is inconsistent across the board, you can get a few things in a small or medium, and it'll fit you perfectly, and then throw something impulsively onto the shopping list in the same size as your about to check out because it's the same size.. so why would you logically try on something again in the same size, and then you find out a couple weeks later when you put it on to go out, it does not even remotely fit... So due to the inconsistent sizing, paired with the fact that they will not let you exchange at all, even with the tags intacted or return without a receipt (had thrown it away, had every intention of keeping it... and used my rewards number) they are unable to help. I know it's not the staff's problem, I know it's coming from ownerships policy which I don't agree with due to the fact their sizing is so inconsistent. Additionally, when you call the phone number, it simply says a voicemail is not set up and does not ring. So, yes, I will be returning and shopping here because I do love it and have already spent hundreds of dollars. But, my biggest piece of recommendation is to try everything on before you leave the store. And really keep the receipt. Your rewards does not matter when it comes to tracking purchases. read more

The atmosphere was not welcoming. Selection of clothing is outdated, low quality, and too expensive for what it is. I have seen clothing like this in SHEIN or my grandmothers closet. The inventory is one thing, but an older gentleman working there was incredibly rude and offensive, and his treatment of customers inexcusable. his temper makes me worry not only for others shopping here, but also for the staff, who was still not helpful nor welcoming. for the lack of quality, the management lacks just as much in professionalism. read more

I've seen it on my everyday route to work and I finally was able to stop in with my daughter. She has been wanting to come in. We bought a couple of things. I love how color coordinated they are. If you have an event and you're looking for a specific color it takes the hassle of having to sift through aisles of clothes. It gives it a very clean put together look. Dressin is an amazing clothing store with a wide variety and great customer service. They have a plus size section and clothes available for both women and men. Their dressing rooms are organized and remain clean at all times. My shopping experience wasn't stressful at all. My order shipped quickly, the quality was exactly what I remembered, and what really stood out was their incredible customer service. I ordered a size that ended up being too small because it was the only size available online at the time. I was hoping it would work, but unfortunately it didn't. I emailed their customer service explaining the situation and noticed the larger size wasn't available online, but it was showing as available at one of their store locations. Their team went above and beyond. They were able to transfer that size so it could be purchased online, making the exchange process incredibly easy. Once I returned the original item, I received a full refund, including my shipping costs. That level of customer service is hard to find these days.
