Called these guys because the other shop I booked fell through. I spoke briefly with a rep on the phone and I was in the shop 15mins later. This is the first time I've tinted my windows in over 20 years but the prices seems very reasonable for the top of the line 3M version. I was very happy with the work. The work is lifetime warranted too.

Had my car tinted two weeks ago. The guy that helped me there was very helpful and thorough. No pressure to upsell me anything more than what I needed. Their tint also includes a great warranty.

Upon arriving at the shop, the employees were very friendly and welcoming, explaining what the process will be like and when my car will be ready to go. We cannot say enough good things about OC Tint, especially Brian and Adam! From the moment we walked in, they were welcoming, patient, and took the time to explain every tint option in detail--no rushing, no pressure, just genuine customer care. This is our second Tesla Model Y, but our first time using OC Tint. Our first Model Y was tinted at another local shop, and it was a nightmare--they actually made two cuts into our brand new car and then blamed it on "Tesla craftsmanship." On top of that, the owner was very condescending to us. That experience left us nervous to even try another tint shop. OC Tint completely erased that fear. Brian and Adam were extremely careful with our car, kept us updated throughout the process, and treated our questions with respect--never sounding condescending or dismissive. It's been a HOT minute since I've left a review on Yelp but I absolutely needed to get on here to give the guys at OC Tint Solutions some love. Bought a brand new Tesla and needed to get the windows tinted on the entire car (all side windows, rear and windshield) ASAP. I searched on Yelp for a few options but OC Tint Solutions was the quickest to respond and also the most attentive. Brian provided me with all the different options and packages and really they have options for all budgets. He also answered any specific questions I had (and I had a lot) regarding the different films and warranty etc. After a few messages I decided to move forward with OC Tint Solutions. Making and confirming an appointment was super easy!! Install day came around and I took my car in. The shop is easy to find. Right off of Harbor in the Harbor Center. I pulled up and Brian came out and greeted me and got me checked in. We went over the type of film and shade one last time before install and within 15 minutes of checking in he had taken my car to the back to get it worked on. I didn't have a ride so I worked out of their waiting area which was comfortable. They had WiFi so made it easy for me to work for a bit while waiting for my car. He had originally quoted me a 3-4 hour turnaround time but they got the install done within 2. Final product was I mean can't you tell by the review I'm leaving. I've had many of my previous cars tinted in the past but the guys at OC Tint Solutions went above and beyond. - Service - Quality/Workmanship - Price If you're looking to get your windows tinted or even re-tinted I HIGHLY recommend OC Tint Solutions!!

Professional. Friendly. Helpful. Fair. Some of the words that describe these guys. I called around to several tint shops all over Orange County and OC Tint Solutions was by far the best as far as pricing and what they offer. The staff was accommodating and assisted me during the entire process. I didn't know exactly what I wanted prior to my appointment so Jose gave me a thorough demo and we decided on 5% limo on the back windows and 15% on the front two windows. I ended up getting 3M nano ceramic. Bryan, the manager was extremely helpful in letting me know what to do (and not do) as far as aftercare is concerned. I will be coming back to get my windshield done in the near future. The reviews on these guys are legit. I left thoroughly impressed and satisfied. Also, their tint has lifetime guarantee which is a huge plus. It's only been a day since I got the tint, but everything looks great so far. Thanks again guys read more

Stopped in for a quote. All the options were explained in detail and demonstrated how it will help. The price was fair and I got a next day appointment. Dropped off the car and a couple hours later the texted that it was ready to go. The work was great and really keeps the car much cooler. When I walked in for my appointment, I was greeted warmly by Jose and he showed me all the different tints and addressed all my questions and concerns. The tint turned out amazing and all the moisture bubbles were gone within 2 days. I had my Tesla MX tinted this past weekend here and from the jump, they were very welcoming and answered every question/concern I had. We got a Tesla 3 and the internet was raving about OC Tint Solutions for their specialized Tesla tint job. We made our appointment on a Sunday at 9am. The check in process was easy. Jason spent a good amount of time explaining to us on different films and the benefits of different grades. He wasn't pushy and really just wanted to make sure we made the best choices for our purchase. We decided to go with top (40%) and front (60%) using crystalline, and front sides (25%), back sides (15%) and back (15%) using 3m nano ceramic. We dropped the car off around 9am, and we got it back around 5pm. Definitely have someone with you if you don't plan to hang out at the shop all day. After we got the car back, it looked just what we had imagined, slick and beautiful. We didn't see any air bubbles, but we shall see in about a week. We were able to use cash or credit card for our payment. The only difference to pay with cash is you'd save the 3% credit card processing fee. We went with cash because the cost of our tint job was on the higher end. Lastly, they offer ticket replacement insurance at no cost. Basically if you get pulled over and forced to remove the tint, they would do it for you and put it back after without charging you. To get the insurance is easy, just listen to Jason's instructions. Based on the experience, we would recommend the service here. read more

This place is legit Finally pulled the trigger on getting the windows tinted and OC Tint Solutions did a great job. They provided clear and easy to follow pricing on Yelp and made it very easy to schedule an appointment when messaging them on here. Everyone I dealt with in the office was friendly- answered all the questions I had and helped me find the tint I was looking for. I did the two front windows and the turnaround time was pretty quick- I received a text a few hours later that the car was ready for pick up. They also provide really fair pricing on tint removal. So if you're driving up the 395 and get nailed in some small town by a bored local cop, bring it back here for a fix and redo. read more

Just got my car back and i have got to say, this is the best tint job I've ever had done on any of my cars in the past. Everything looks above and beyond my expectations. Great quality work, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and about average or maybe slightly lower than average pricing. I got my back window tint removed and replaced because it had so many bubbles it was hard to see through. They painstakingly went through and chipped off all the tint without damaging much of the defroster lines at all. I'll be back when I need something else tinted for sure. read more

Got my sides and rears tinted and couldn't be more happy with the service. They offer many premium film options, but I went with the 3M nano ceramic IR. The film cured beautifully and the edges are amazing. Appointment set up was easy and the job took around 3 hours. Was able to hop on the EOY sale and got 10% off original quoted price. Worth it! We got a fix it ticket and had to remove the tint in our car and redo it . So I called Brian and asked if he had availability last weekend. He was able to fit me in Saturday morning . Took the car in and they were able to remove the tint within 30 minutes and we took the car to get the ticket signed off but CHP was closed and the police station don't sign off on tickets on the weekend. Had to call Brian and change our appt to Monday afternoon. He was very understanding and squeezes us in . Dropped off the car at 1pm and the car was ready by 5:20 pm. I went to OC tint solutions because a good friend of mine recommended them to tint my Tesla. I got all my windows tinted and it was well worth it. The pricing was expected since the Tesla model Y does have a lot of glass but had to do it. It did take all day but the quality of work is great. Highly recommend. read more

5th time visiting Jason and his team at OC Tint Solutions, and Brian over at the Costa Mesa location definitely took care of me and my car. Work is impeccable, and they always take time to explain the different options and what would work best for what you're looking for (looks vs heat rejection, etc). Ended up going with 3M Crystalline for my front windshield and the 3M Nano Ceramic IR for the roof. You can expect quality work at their new branch back in Costa Mesa, and the guys are just overall a fun group to talk about cars with. I'll no doubt be back in the future, especially since they now do PPF/wraps! read more

Found this shop near me after they opened their second shop here in Costa Mesa. Made an appointment for the next day and took my Jeep in and they tinted the two front windows with care and expertise. I went with a darker color than what was there before. The old had loosened up and was showing bubbles. I would highly recommend them to anybody....great job! read more

My experience at OC Tint Solutions was wonderful! Brian spent quite a bit of time with me on the phone, answering all of my questions and putting me at ease confirming that I was making a good choice by applying PPF to my Tesla. Took my 2022 Civic here to get the windows tinted and I was not disappointed. They took me in the day I showed up which was also impressive. I mostly wanted tint to cut the heat and uv rays down in my car for the commute I have and they showed me the benefits of each tint and how well it works with reducing heat. They also give a warranty and remove and reapply if you get a fix it ticket. I got 15% all around the sides/back with the highest quality to block the most heat, and got a uv blocking tint on the front windshield. It helps so much during the hot days. Icing on the cake, it also look super great haha. They were pretty quick with the job, told me what to do after, and how long it should take to cure. Overall super happy with rhe quality of work and the outcome. The workers are super nice, informative, and don't try to upsell yout anything which made it pressure free when deciding what tint to go with. Just recently got all my car windows tinted at OC Tint Solutions, and let me tell you, it's freaking amazing! I went with 5% 3M Ceramic tint for the rear sides and back, 15% 3M Ceramic for the front sides, and 60% 3M Crystalline tint for the front windshield. The pics I took are from a week after installation. Super happy with how everything turned out! It blocks out so much heat which is perfect for this summer weather. If you tint your windshield definitely go with the 3M Crystalline. The whole process was a breeze. Super smooth from start to finish. The staff is super friendly and very informative. Before they got started, they informed me of a special UV coating that Toyota puts on some of their vehicles which could affect the removal process of the tint if ever needed and made sure I was okay with continuing the installation. So, if you're on the hunt for some sweet window tint, don't think twice. Go straight to OC Tint Solutions. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for some window tint! read more

Since her car has a white interior and mine is black, he walked us through what to expect and how each option would look. They even had different brands and pieces of glass with various tint percentages, which made it really easy to compare and pick the perfect shade for each of our cars. Excellent, informative, patient staff that does an awesome job demonstrating and teaching about the four types of window films they have and the characteristics and advantages of each one. You will be guided and shown with samples of glass covered film you can "test" on your car windows so you can see and make the best decision for your needs. I stopped by the new Costa Mesa location to see about a front windshield tint. As a returning customer, from the Anaheim location, I was expecting exceptional service and Bryan was there to make that happen. He provided me with several options and broke down the cost, tint %, heat rejection %, etc. He went as far as showing me a couple of cars, from the exterior, that were being worked on. Those cars had the same tint I was skewing towards and it really helped me visualize my own car. I ended up going with the 50% Madico nano ceramic option and it came out perfect! I am immensely impressed by the level of detail and quality on my 2025 Tesla's new 3M window tint. I am equally impressed with the level of care, friendliness, and time that Bryan dedicated to answering all of our questions before even proceeding with the service.
