ON top of that, why are we being charged additional money when we paid for all of it at the time the services were rendered. If there was an additional payment to be made, don't you think it would've been paid at the time we paid it?! Mind you, this wasn't a separate bill they were charging us for. This was stated as a "partial payment" of the original bill. They stated the total bill was for $700 something when we were told a much lesser amount. Of course, we called their billing department to dispute this. AND OF COURSE, they found themselves to be in the right so it was either pay the difference they said we owed or get sent to collections. This place is a complete rip off for the service they provide, they are dishonest in their practices, and I'm surprised they are even still in business. I guess when you steal from your patience due to your dishonesty, it pays the bills.

When I went to my regular doctor, they said everything was "fine" because my blood work was within range. But at FemiHealth, they ran a much more detailed panel and actually took the time to explain that although my hormones were technically within range, key things like testosterone and estrogen were low for me. I ended up getting a pellet to help with my symptoms, and it has truly been a game changer in my life. What I also love is that FemiHealth goes beyond regular checkups and really serves women as a whole. Need a little Botox? They've got it. An IV drip to boost your immune system? They've got it. Altameds dermatology specialist, Dr. Lomeli, is here weekly on Wednesday's and does procedures. I received great medical care for my dermatology issue; the doctor was very friendly, sensitive to my issues, gave realistic expectations, and did amazing work. I have had minimal wait times at this location compared to other Altamed locations, and have never had an issue with parking.
