I had my pre purchase inspection on a 2009 Porsche turbo done here and the experience could not have been better! I spoke with Eric on my first call and was eager for OC Eurotech to do the inspection based on how polite and knowledgeable he was. The dealer and the shop easily and quickly arranged for the PPI to be done. Sean sent the report on the car and followed that with a call to discuss it 30 minutes later as promised. He too was friendly, polite, professional and, most notably, enthusiastic about the car he'd just inspected. With Sean's glowing and honest feedback I had no hesitation about moving forward. Getting such a thorough report made the hour plus drive to go see the vehicle in front person stress free. At that point I knew all I had to do was go see it in person, follow my heart, then start signing papers, worry free. These guys made all the difference and I can not recommend them highly enough! read more

OC Eurotech - Pre Purchase Inspection completed, and now she's mine. Thanks for your expertise, guys! - Auto Repair Near Me - Costa Mesa, California

This was an annual routine maintenance for good, very old, and reliable European automobile. As usual, owner/mechanic, Eric, greeted me with usual, friendly smile, and gave a good diagnosis with reasonable fee. That is why I venture all the way to OC for the annual checkup with him. As an incentive for dog lovers/customers Gizmo-the-mascot will definitely come and greet you and beg you for scratches here and there for its nose, chin, body, etc. Enjoy & save $$$ on the trust and reliable services. read more

Good help is hard to find - good thing Sean and Erik at OC Eurotech are there. The absolute professionals with a touch of personal care that you just don't see anymore. This is service with a smile, service that educates the customer, and ultimately, quality care that ensures your vehicle is in the best hands. They recently helped with a PPI to give me great confidence in the vehicle I was purchasing remotely. They went through it with fine tooth and comb, and were very honest about what is a problem and what is something to monitor. Over the next couple of weeks, Sean continued to provide updates, photos, and even walked me off the ledge of over-investing in repairs. Truly can't say enough about how appreciate their approach. Sean is an MB yoda; there isn't a solution or issue he's not able to resolve or recommend a solution for. This experience is a use case for Yelp to build a 6-star option for a review. Top quality shop, HIGHLY recommended. read more

Eric and Sean are both great and have wonderful attitudes about vehicles and specialize in european exotics. I brought my 2015 RR into get serviced and they did a great job, let me know what was needed and what could wait. They get great 3rd party parts to help save money and deliver the same value. My mom also stopped by to drop me off and she had a broken sideview mirror that they fixed and got working again for her before she left. They just go above and beyond and its hard to find service centers like that to be real. They are small and might take a day longer to get everything done if the shop is busy but you save money and trust the work being done. Please don't take your vehicles anywhere else. read more

I want to give an update since my car has now been to the Mercedes dealer. They did a multipoint inspection and an alignment. No surprises found!!! I was afraid that OC Eurotech may have glossed over/missed some problems, but it turns out that they did not. the car is, in fact, as mechanically sound as they said it was. Highly recommend these guys read more

As the owner of an 2009 MB, I was leery about taking it into any dealer for issues or service. Last year, I did some research and found that OC Eurotech had excellent ratings. My first visit was for an oil leak and I was impressed by how quickly Eric diagnosed what was wrong and quickly repaired it with no recurring issues. This year I needed a new starter battery and a regular A service. Eric was able to accommodate me and had the car serviced in a day. I continue to be impressed by their friendliness, fairness, honesty, knowledge, and willingness to help. I plan on continuing to use them for service on my vehicle. read more

Highly recommend Sean, Eric & crew at OC Eurotech. I just picked up my MB 600SL from repairs and they did an outstanding job using OEM parts. They are kind, detail oriented & more than fair on their pricing. read more

If you are looking for an honest affordable mechanic with great integrity to work on your exotic car, look no farther than O.C. eurotec. Eric and Shaun have worked successfully on both of my Bentleys ( not the easiest cars to work on !) and saved me literally thousands of dollars over the price I was quoted at the Bentley dealership for the same work. Not only are these guys honest but they are also Knowledgeable and experienced with all kinds of exotic cars and I would not hesitate one minute to take my Maybach, Ferrari, Rolls, or Mercedes to them for repair . I have been around for a long time and owned enough exotic cars to have personally experienced rip offs and more price gouging than I would like to admit to but you won't find that at this work shop. Give them my regards when you go in.Dr. B read more

Eric and his team are wonderful! I brought my 2010 Camry when my brakes were on their last legs, he revived my brakes to brand new and educated me on the normal maintenance of my car. He was extremely helpful and very accommodating with scheduling. I took my Camry and then when I switched to a Hyundai to Eric. In both situations I got five star service that worked with my schedule. I wish I still worked in the OC area because I would definitely still be taking my car there! His prices are very competitive for the area and he will always walk you through exactly what is being charged. He uses the most high quality materials. I would give an extra 5 stars for the cutest office administrator, his French Bulldog, Gizmo! read more

Thank god I had a friend that suggested Sean at OC Eurotech!!! Naturally I am a little more than worried taking my E63 to anywhere other than Fletcher Jones dealership. My car is still under an extended warranty and I don't exactly have $80,000 in my pocket to pay to replace a motor if something catastrophic happens. Granted, I still baby my car (unless I am at a red light), but I have low miles on my car and no need for a new one. Moral of the story I don't want to take my car into a small mom/pops shop and come away with shotty work. Low and behold OC Eurotech came into my life. Again, Thank the good lord. So Happy my friends know great mechanics when they see them. Coincidently enough, my friend is an owner of Buzz's Honda Acura Service shop (ask for Jake for any needs there). Conveniently located right along side OC Eurotech that specializes in Foreign cars. Speaking with Sean over the phone I instantly felt better about any worries of my car being in the wrong hands. Sean was super friendly and entirely more knowledgeable than I even was on my own car. Like its his job or something. But in all seriousness, he even showed me how to use the RS setting on my car which is the Benz launch control setting....Look out Dodge Hellcats!!! We talked about his car and mine for over an hour while I was in the shop and I can't thank him enough for have such passion for his line of work. He thoroughly loves his job and it shows. His business partner Eric spoke with us too while I was in the shop and I can honestly say the expertise between them both far exceeds my expectations! Definetly be coming back to OC Eurotech in the Future. They have created a lifelong customer in one service. Mind you, I brought my car in for "B" service and what I thought was bad rear brakes. After further assesment of my Car Sean brought it to my attention that it was my front brakes that were the light sqeal I was hearing. ----Lets talk about Their prices---- The quote from Mercedes Benz of Fletcher Jones was $800 for JUST MY REAR BRAKES! With all of the customer confidence, being treated like a VIP, stellar professionalism showcased, the price tag at the end of the visit everything IS THE BEST PART! "B" service (Oil change and a few filters) Front Brakes Parts - Labor Back Brakes Parts & Labor 5-Star service Under $700. This Entire experience Warranted taking the 15minutes on my Saturday morning to express my satisfaction. Hope it helps others make a decision. Huge thanks guys! You've created an awesome company in Orange county and I wish you nothing but the best! See you soon, but not to soon!!!! read more

Sean and Eric are great. The service is top notch. They fixed my car promptly. They also did warranty work on my car which was a plus.

Eric and Sean are the most friendly and professional mechanics. I've had my car oil changed and alternator replaced here, and it's always a great experience. They are honest and fair, and Gizmo the shop dog is the cutest. I recommend all my friends and family to come here since they do such good work! read more

I have been looking for a few years for a team that can work on my BMW, that knows their stuff, AND comes with excellent references. I found my team here at OC Eurotech. Did my break pads and also solved an issue with the battery terminal showing an airbag warning light. Everyone else wanted a ton of money to fix it, so I just left it broken. They figured it could be a loose terminal on the batter and sure enough, its fixed now. Thank you guys!!! All my friends and family are going to your team. read more

Had a Ppi done on a vehicle I was considering buying. Erik was my point person, his customer service was kind, friendly and responsive to all my questions. Not only was he informative every step of the way, but he also went above and beyond to communicate with me regarding the vehicle I was interested in. I quickly became comfortable with him, due to the fact that he was always in touch and on point with responses to all my questions. His team was not only quick to perform but also I form me of any concerns to the point he is our new trusted Mercedes mechanic. I had an extraordinary experience dealing with him and most definitely recommend him to anyone searching for a trust worthy, ethical mechanic. read more

Sean and the guys over at Eurotech is the best around. Not only is he a great, honest, fast mechanic who knows EVERYTHING about European cars but he also is extremely friendly and easy to work with. He has helped me with all my auto repairs since I got my A6 and always leaves me feeling confident I got the best deal and the job done right. I would recommend Eurotech to anyone needing a repair done. They are quick, explain all the issue and their work is solid. I don't know what I would do without these guys. If you're looking for a new mechanic check these guys out. They will not disappoint read more

So I'm just going to throw some adjectives out there to get straight to the point: GREAT work, honest, fair, friendly. Eric was pretty stellar when it came to figuring out what was going on with my c300--I took it here when the Benz dealership claimed they couldn't find the source of my tire squeaking, and he was patient enough with me (as I'm pretty illiterate when it comes to auto maintenance) to get to the source of the problem. He ended up telling me that he had worked for Mercedes Benz for a long time, which was very reassuring. I'm glad I've found a good place to go now to have my car worked on as my warranty is up very soon. I definitely recommend taking your car here, as there are a lot of shops out there that seem to take advantage of people who don't know the first thing about cars. read more

Sean and his team are AMAZING! I wouldn't trust my car with anyone else. It can be hard to find a mechanic you trust who won't nickel and dime you - and Sean does quick, excellent work at an insanely reasonable price. I brought my 2012 Tiguan in and not only did he fix my coolant leak in 24 hours, but he also fixed a squeak in my breaks and a nice wash (I've never seen my tires so clean) at no extra cost and gave me a bunch of helpful tips to keep my car running smooth and in its best condition. I can't thank Sean enough for his amazing hard work and I recommend him to everyone I know! So far everyone I have sent there has raves about his work also. So great to have a local mechanic I can trust! There's no big sign, it's just right next to Jeepster Auto Sales so you can find it easily! read more

I should have posted this review a long time ago. Sean has been working on my S65 for years. Ive had so many problems with it but he has been extremely accommodating and affordable on the billing. I will never take my beast to anyone else, most importantly not a dealership. If you want a wrench monkey to replace parts until your car works but your wallet is empty go somewhere else. If you want someone willing to spend the time to identify a faulty ABC sensor and charge you a couple hundred dollars for his time instead of replacing accumulators and pumps and hoses etc before the problem goes away go to OC Eurotech! read more

I didn't think I'd ever leave a review for an auto repair place but this one is exceptional and deserves one. These guys go above and beyond for their customers. They keep my Mercedes in great shape and have very fair prices. Got referred here by a close friend. Usually take my Mercedes's to the dealership just because I didn't know anyone in the business. All I needed was my power mirrors fixed on my E55 amg, not only were they able to fix it within a few hours, but they did it for 1/3 of the price the dealership quoted me. These guys have spent decades at various European dealerships and m is these cars inside and out. Eric was really helpful and went over everything that needed to be fixed on my car. At any rate, not only did they fix my mirrors, but my old beat up key fob was fixed for free! Nice touch that, made all the difference. I'll be taking my imports here for everything I need from now on. Well done guys, keep up the good work. read more

It's amazing how failing the smog test can lead to finally finding a great car repair place. I wish the car would have failed the test years ago. Not being the most car techie type, I do not enjoy taking the car in for repairs. You always wonder about the car repair shop. I assume they are mostly good people but are going to get every penny out of me. I was looking for a new shop after my wife found the solution to an a/c problem on the web. The solution had baffled my old repair shop. OC Eurotech was highly recommended by place I use for my smog test (Superior Smog Center, see separate review). What a find!! Sean and Eric are wonderful. They are young (It's a relative term because I am getting old.) but know their stuff. They repaired the BMW Z3 "smog" problems and I have been back twice for other issues. I have been extremely satisfied every time. Customer service is great. They will give you updates. They save the bad parts to show you. They took pictures to show me where the small oil leak was. The price was good. I cannot recommend them enough. Quality of work, customer service, price - all five stars!! I'll be taking the car back when it has any future problems. Hopefully, I will not have to see them for a while. read more

I never leave reviews but I've got nothing but high praises for Eric and Sean at OC Eurotech. I'm a busy mom to 4 young kids and I depend on my car 24/7! I was taking my car to the dealership with that notion that only they knew my car best. That idea only resulted in a car that wouldn't start and my last service was just 3 weeks ago! Eric and Sean resolved the problem in no time. They are so very knowledgeable and take great pride and confidence in their work. If you need those 'free' perks like the coffee, TV room, complementary car wash WHILE getting ripped off, stay with those dealerships. If you want honest, expert, genuine service at a fair price, OC Eurotech is the place to go. Good mechanics you can trust are hard to come by. Eric and Sean are the best--I will be taking my car to them from now on! read more
