We hired DiAnne Spain at ReMax Tiffany to sell my Mother's Buena Park, Ca. home in January 2019…read more BEST DECISION EVER! I consider myself to be a smart, well educated, DIY kind of guy. So why hire an Agent when you can do it yourself with the help of all of the internet services available today? I'll tell you why: Because buying/selling real property never goes smoothly and it isn't cookie cutter. Every property needs one thing or another (or a bunch more) to present it at its best, pass inspection, and ensure the maximum price can be generated. This means managing contractors and staging, selecting the right bidder/offer that takes time honed experience, dealing with the opposing agent, and there are also always problems that need to be rectified along the way through to escrow closure. This is where an experienced realtor comes in, and DiAnne Spain is the best agent I have had in my experience in buying, selling and refinancing multiple real estate properties over several decades. My experience with DiAnne went as follows: We met for 1-2 hours and walked through my Mother's 1956 home. She had several home improvement suggestions to enhance the homes sale valuation without doing extensive renovation or remodeling (read: without pouring in more $$$ than necessary). She called it "rehab", and the room-by-room, interior and exterior plan she devised was meant to bring the home out of the 1950's and 1970's, and into a more contemporary design that would appeal more to today's buyers. It became quickly apparent that we were not just dealing with a real estate professional that only had a keen sense for the market in our area and what Buyer's wanted, but we were also hiring an interior/exterior designer, a contract manager, and an on-site coordinator all in one - and for the price of just the realtor. There was never any pressure to implement the plan, and she accepted our guidance freely. She was willing to work with us in a way that made us comfortable. At the end of that first meeting, we had an improvement plan in hand with a draft budget for labor and material expenses...and we knew we had the right agent! DiAnne's connections are vast. We were able to bring in handyman professionals that cost less than contractors but were able to get the job done equally well. The house was soon ready and up on the market within the proposed timeframe, at a price that was significantly higher than we had originally expected prior to meeting DiAnne. There was some plumbing, termite, electrical and other issues that DiAnne also dealt with along the way to ensure the house would meet code and be a safe environment for a new buyer. She coordinated it all! Then the marketing began. You know the "Energizer Bunny?" DiAnne is like that: She just keeps going and going and going. DiAnne had every base covered: MLS and web presence on every search engine with professional photos, she even went door-to-door throughout the neighborhood handing out flyers to ensure everyone knew the home was now on the market. She staged the house herself and it looked great, costing us $0! We had three open houses in the first two weeks and several offers as a result to choose from. In the end, we had a 100% positive experience. DiAnne's communication skills are excellent, and she will keep you abreast of everything at every step of the way. Not to say that everything went perfectly. Remember that it is never a smooth/cookie cutter process. Our first buyer had complications on their end necessitating that they back out of the deal, but DiAnne was in close contact with the Buyer's agent and knew of the potential issue as it materialized. She had continued marketing the home, and after the deal went south, we had two other offers on the table within 24 hours - and at a higher sales price than the original offer. Had it not been for DiAnne, we would have made significantly less on the home's sale, and it would have taken significantly longer to close. Now we feel smart, happy, and know that our buyers have a terrific new home - and our old neighbors are very pleased too at the sale price we received! Hire DiAnne without hesitation.

We contacted John Binder as a local Real-estate Representative and after 35-days of back and forth corrections to our listing and without a single showing by him, we requested to terminate our contract. The only showing we got were from other realtors in the 35-40-days it was listed. After a another weekend of frustration and not hearing from him, we asked to terminate our relationship. He repeatedly apologized and admitted he dropped the ball and didn't do a good job for us but would start from here on out. He repeatedly begged us to keep the listing with him. We explained again we had lost faith in him and really just wanted to go a different route. This experience has been extremely exhausting that we no longer want to sell or rent out our home. If you sign with John Binder, we hope it works out for you. I'm sure it will for him.

We first met Liz in September 2025, and from the very beginning, we were incredibly impressed. What immediately set her apart was her approach to pricing the home. Rather than relying solely on neighborhood comps like most agents, she used a sophisticated valuation system that factored in the home's condition, upgrades, and improvements over time. She walked us through how the software evaluated renovations such as kitchen and bathroom updates, roofing projects, and other investments by considering when the work was completed, what was spent, and the local return on investment. It was fascinating to see such a detailed and thoughtful approach to determining the home's true market value. During that first meeting, Liz also took the time to thoroughly explain the market conditions and discuss the best timing for listing the property to maximize its value. She confidently told us that once listed, the home would likely sell within three to four weeks. After months of preparing the house, which included cleaning out more than 50 years of memories and belongings, we finally listed the property in April 2026. Throughout the entire process, Liz provided exceptional guidance every step of the way. She was knowledgeable, patient, and never once pushy. She always presented us with information and options, allowing us to make informed decisions while trusting her expertise. That trust paid off. Just as she predicted, we received multiple offers and sold the home within three weeks! Liz exceeded every expectation we had. She made what could have been an overwhelming and emotional experience feel smooth, peaceful, and manageable during a very stressful and heartbreaking time for our family. Her professionalism, compassion, and dedication are truly unmatched. Elizabeth Do is a gift, both in her work ethic and in her humanity. I cannot recommend her highly enough to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Liz, you are truly the GOAT!

Best experience I have EVER had working with any real estate agent or Realtor!!…read more I've bought/sold two homes in the past working with at least 3 Realtors through the process and Liz and her team delivered the best experience BY FAR! My wife and I worked with Liz on the purchase of our new dream house in Orange County. From the start she was going above and beyond what we were expecting. We called rather suddenly when a property showed up on the market and scheduled to go see it with her. We weren't seriously looking before this. By the time we got to the property she and her team already had a good understanding of the history of the listing and were working comps real time to give us a clear understanding of what fair market value would be. Even adjusting it for what we were seeing in person at the property. We weren't certain if it was more of a buyer's market or a seller's market as it had been a seller's market for so long, but she explained the current conditions/trends of what she was seeing in the area and gave us EXCELLENT advice every step of the way. But she was also never pushy. She ultimately left it up to us to make the decision with the information she provided. We trusted her expertise and it absolutely paid off, literally. We got a deal on the property that we are very happy with. She offered great advice on everything from prices, timing, and even when to potentially walk away. Liz has a team of people that really seem to communicate as a team, not just a group of individuals working under the same company name. In passing conversations Liz talked about how she and her team work together, and it does seem like they get to share in each others expertise and experiences to develop a good understanding of the market. Liz also talked about what she does to train her team, and she seems like a great leader. No one looks left behind to fend for themselves, and it seems very structured so that everyone has support and training to deliver great customer service. Liz has a great reputation in the area which I think was a huge benefit in our case. The seller's Realtor already knew Liz and trusted her. We happened to meet the seller's Realtor, and even without Liz present, the seller's Realtor had nothing but great things to say about their interactions. Her expertise really does seem to be in demand as she seemed to be giving seminars or talks to audiences even outside of her team. Even with her busy schedule it never really impacted the scheduling of events at our home. She always still met us at the property for events like home inspections, walk throughs, and giving us the keys to the property. She always provided great communication and was very responsive whether it was through e-mail, calls or texts to help answer questions. I can be "particular" (picky) about some things and whenever I brought up a question or concern, no matter how small, she never dismissed it or tried to excuse it as something I didn't need to worry about. She took my concerns seriously and got them addressed. Out of everything, I think this is what I am most grateful for as it kept me comfortable working with her and I never felt like she was just trying to "close a deal", which was my preconceived notion of Realtors unfortunately. She really does seem to care for her clients and making sure they are happy. I would 100% work with Liz again!
