The only thing she kept saying was I don't understand why you're here? I was then told I don't get yeast infections and she can't help me or talk about it because I tried to self treat and took monistat. She was the rudest nurse I have ever met in my life, she had no care or concern for my health or questions I had. She actually walked out on me when I asked why someone gets recurring yeast infections and what I can do to help it. She is a perfect example of someone who went to nursing school for the money and not for the patients!

They asked her to recite why she was here and she did, but all should have because they were not prepared themselves. 1- gloves? 2- tools? Nurse went out 2x. This is a very painful procedure and it should have been carried out more professionally. 3- no empathy 4- no compassion 5- no humane discussions. I'm sorry my daughter had to wait while they looked for tools. I held her hand and told her to breathe, but why didn't they ? Very surprising to treat such a young person like a procedure rather than a person. Just wrong. Did they know her history when she walked in that room? Did they make her feel like she was taken care of? No

I am new to the area, and out of all the doctors and midwives I had talked to, this place was definitely my favorite! They listened to my concerns, helped me with my birth plan, and really let me be in control over all my options and decisions. They helped guide and prep me for the natural unmedicated birth that I wanted, and gave me plenty of information to take home and look over. Pregnancy and delivery can be an overwhelming experience, but they made it so much easier. When it came to delivery, I wouldn't have been able to follow through with my birth plan without them. They kept me going when I felt like giving up, and they made sure that they did all they could to keep me and the baby healthy. I am forever grateful for their hard work and patience

After having the typical office visits and finding out how much my high deductible insurance was going to cost monthly with them and their unwillingness to work with other payment plans, I looked into other birthing methods. I won't lie, the price was the leading factor. However, once I found out there is a birthing center near me I KNEW I had to check it out and I'm so very glad I did. My boyfriend wasn't as keen on the idea but was open to meeting them because he knew how excited I was over it. We met with one of the midwives and she more than answered my long list of questions. She reassured him as well so that he became excited at this experience also. I haven't given birth here yet but I'm down to bi-weekly appointments now with baby due mid-July. I've meet all of the midwives at DeLand except for Kaleen but have an appointment set up with her for later in the month. Everyone has been great so far; it's so opposite from the typical hospital visit and I love that. The atmosphere is so much better than being at a hospital. My greatest worry? That I DON'T end up giving birth here for some reason.

PALM COAST OFFICE IS THE WORST OF THE WORST. i called to double check my appointment time this…read moremorning. they told me 4 so I arrived 10 minutes early, turns out my ultrasound was at 3. I showed the lady at the desk the time I had called the office and explained that they had told me when I called that it was 4. Clearly the ladies at the front desk made a mistake because they had me down for 2 separate appointment times and told me the later one ... raising her voice because she's irritated that I'm stating facts says she "called me once but it didn't go through" *she was lying* Anyways I showed her proof on my phone and the time I called. I explained I had no missed calls and then I asked her "if you called me why didn't you leave me a voicemail, I live a few minutes away I would never miss my appointment" "She said because it didn't go through" made absolutely no sense. Because she never called. I will not be paying a $50 no show fee. Why can't they just send a day before text confirmation with all the details like everyone other doctor. I just wanted to know what gender my baby was before Christmas.... Makes me scared that if I or any client of obgyn associates has complications it's gonna be hard to get an appointment because they are always weeks out. Also me being upset she has the nerve to say "why are you getting upset, your upsetting the baby" in a very nasty condescending tone That women should not be working with pregnant women or customers as she showed she clearly doesn't want to be there and is a horrible representative of OBGYN associates. I have never seen someone act so childish and rude working in a doctors office before. Very passive aggressive.

I feel extremely comfortable with her delivering my baby or any doctor in her office. The facility is clean, welcoming, and the staff is great. I've only had to wait a few times too long, but understandable when emergencies arise. She believes in the practice of non-intervention when possible and I'm counting on her to be there for me when needed. I would highly recommend her as a doctor.

After going to the urology clinic in Ormond Beach, not this one, but the one with all the doctors…read morethat is one of the worst hell holes on earth, and then after going to the chain in Daytona Beach which was even worse if that is possible, I finally found Dr. Schneider. After the other place in Daytona which doesn't answer the phone for hours and is extremely dirty, I went here and found out I never had a UTI to begin with and they have been treating me with antibiotics for months at that other place and I never needed them at all. They did a catheter catch here to make sure it wasn't contaminated and it was negative and they had a great attitude. I highly recommend this place and highly highly recommend to stay away from the Daytona urologist on Health Road and also the one right near this office for Florida urology in ormond beach. This is the only place to go for me and I'm very grateful for Dr. Schneider.
