She was the rudest nurse I have ever met in my life, she had no care or concern for my health or questions I had. She actually walked out on me when I asked why someone gets recurring yeast infections and what I can do to help it. She is a perfect example of someone who went to nursing school for the money and not for the patients!

I am new to the area, and out of all the doctors and midwives I had talked to, this place was definitely my favorite! They listened to my concerns, helped me with my birth plan, and really let me be in control over all my options and decisions. They helped guide and prep me for the natural unmedicated birth that I wanted, and gave me plenty of information to take home and look over. Pregnancy and delivery can be an overwhelming experience, but they made it so much easier. When it came to delivery, I wouldn't have been able to follow through with my birth plan without them. They kept me going when I felt like giving up, and they made sure that they did all they could to keep me and the baby healthy. I am forever grateful for their hard work and patience

After having the typical office visits and finding out how much my high deductible insurance was going to cost monthly with them and their unwillingness to work with other payment plans, I looked into other birthing methods. I won't lie, the price was the leading factor. However, once I found out there is a birthing center near me I KNEW I had to check it out and I'm so very glad I did. My boyfriend wasn't as keen on the idea but was open to meeting them because he knew how excited I was over it. We met with one of the midwives and she more than answered my long list of questions. She reassured him as well so that he became excited at this experience also. I haven't given birth here yet but I'm down to bi-weekly appointments now with baby due mid-July. I've meet all of the midwives at DeLand except for Kaleen but have an appointment set up with her for later in the month. Everyone has been great so far; it's so opposite from the typical hospital visit and I love that. The atmosphere is so much better than being at a hospital. My greatest worry? That I DON'T end up giving birth here for some reason.

I feel extremely comfortable with her delivering my baby or any doctor in her office. The facility is clean, welcoming, and the staff is great. I've only had to wait a few times too long, but understandable when emergencies arise. She believes in the practice of non-intervention when possible and I'm counting on her to be there for me when needed. I would highly recommend her as a doctor.

After the other place in Daytona which doesn't answer the phone for hours and is extremely dirty, I went here and found out I never had a UTI to begin with and they have been treating me with antibiotics for months at that other place and I never needed them at all. They did a catheter catch here to make sure it wasn't contaminated and it was negative and they had a great attitude. I highly recommend this place and highly highly recommend to stay away from the Daytona urologist on Health Road and also the one right near this office for Florida urology in ormond beach. This is the only place to go for me and I'm very grateful for Dr. Schneider.

No greeting by the office staff person (tall blonde lady) when I checked in. After being in waiting room for 90 min and checking in every 30 minutes as to why I had not been seen---their faces at the reception were blank. No words, no water, no signs of customer service. Nurse Diane was abrupt, unprofessional and indifferent to my concerns about customer service and wait time of 2 hours to be seen. I asked why I wasn't called ahead and told to not come for 2 hours. I drove an hour and left work early. I could have finished my day and not taken PTO. Due to a lack of water and hunger as I did not expect to be there that long, I had developed a headache. I shared this with other Diane and she replied, "well I have a headache die being here so long today, aren't you glad I am staying late to see you?" She admitted she is over time for all of her appts regularly. This should have been shared before I booked. I could say more about her but let me go on to the 2nd appt that was an ultrasound. The technician did not explain what she was gonna do. She did not explain what she was doing during the ultrasound and when she was done, she left me with gobs of ultrasound gel to deal with in my private area. After she walked out of the room, I had to figure out what I could use to clean myself up with. To make it worse, there is no privacy screen or curtain to block the view of the door, so that when it gets opened your feet or facing the door and stirrups . How is that visualization?

There billing dept. doesn't know what there doing, had to have united health care tell me the right…read moreamount of money I owed them ( they tried to over change Me). They don't send billing statements just an email saying pay X amount of dollars. they canceled my appointment for not paying what they wanted and tried to charge me a cancellation fee on the appointment they canceled. Be careful, demand a billing statement so you know what you're paying for and go to there portal and print out there billing summery, they post there mistakes.
