I met Dr.Dziedzic quite by accident ...I was downstairs visiting another Doctor and found one of her brochures ....I asked the receptionist about her work and she told me she had her lips done by her. I am an esthetician and was quite impressed with her work. I made an appointment for a consultation, she was quite thorough and told me about different procedures that were of interest to me. She also did my forehead and and between my eyes with Dysport at an affordable price. To my amazement their was no bruising at all and it has already started to work. The worst. Since when do you need to do your forehead in order for the lines between your eye brows to go away! I had to stop her while she was injecting my forehead....I told her I didn't ask for that area. I've done botox numerous times and no one has ever told me that. Basically to get rid of the lines between my eyebrows she needed to do that area and forehead and that would count as the two areas I purchased. BS. I said don't bother, just do my crows feet. The Dr. then does my crows feet and tells me that counted as two areas since she doubled the dosage. Highly unlikely. She must think I was born yesterday. Will never go back. Knowledgable yes, but the "follow up" isn't for free touch-up's as initially stated. She will use the opportunity to sell you yet another "area" and don't be fooled; Dysport doesn't last longer than Botox. Same animal. I was disappointed when I went back to them for my follow up because I really thought that the Dr would do right by me since I had already purchased two areas and just needed a light touch up. Nope. Tried to sell me 2 areas yet again. So I left...Frowning...so I'm sure I'll be investing in Botox/Dysport somewhere. Just not here. read more

Friendly staff, warm and clean office. I bought a Groupon for Dysport and when I came back for a follow up 3 weeks later I told her I was not completely satisfied and she gave me Botox instead for free. A week later i look great. I highly recommend them. read more

I'm so sad....Dr Dzeidzic was my first Dysport/Botox doc . I've been going for about 7 years. The last three times, the injections were very scant and barely nicked the skin. Old product? Diluted product? Improper application? To little product? Whatever the reason, it's not the same. I used to look like a million dollars for months; now I just look like the old hag I was before I got there. I've waited it out, hoping for better, but I never used to have to, and the no results after waiting just makes me more unhappy and upset. Upselling is a given, and I appreciate learning about the new stuff and techniques, but when the old standbys don't work, I have little interest in returning. Truly a shame. read more

I purchased a groupon for Dysport on two separate occasions. Both times I was dissatisfied, however the first time, I did not complain, thinking that perhaps it was just a bad day for them. this time however, I went back to see the doctor, so she could see that I looked pretty much the way I did before I had the Dysport. She told me that there was nothing she could do, and that what I needed was 6 laser treatments at $500 each and that she would do nothing for me. I bought my mom got a Groupon for dysport there. The office was nice and the staff was pleasant. However, my mom has been getting dysport for several years and this time, one eye was still wrinkly. When she went back for the 10 day checkup, the doctor insisted that it looked fine and would not retouch. Furthermore, it is supposed to last at least 3 months and at barely 2 months, the effect is completely gone- Might be using diluted or old stock for discounted customers. Unfair! read more

I had cheek injections as a birthday gift from my husband After 2 weeks there was no visible difference. I went bAck and the doctor said I would need several more injections. This would bring the procedure to over $5,000. Had I known up frontiwouldneverhaveagreedto this. She would not lower the price even when I pointed out that she didn't explain this to me. I get Dysport, and have consulted on other services. The dr is professional, knowledgable, and very capable in her treatments. On follow-ups, I've received touch ups with no questions (of course, I go shortly after, not at the point that I am due for another treatment...). I'm surprised by some other's comments, and can't agree. Both offices are clean and nicely appointed, and I am very confident in her skill and abilities. Try her out! read more

Any staff can be nice. However this is not a restaurant. It is where I went to have botox. For her to say there is "no such thing as a lift with botox" should have been my red flag. After saying I wanted a lift in my eyes and that I did not want botox in between my eyebrows she proceeded to ignore me and put 70 units (thats insane) in my forehead including my eleven lines. I said this because I have had botox before and we always avoided the elevens to focus on the lift I desired. My entire face and eyebrows dropped where my eyebrows were straight across. When I went back for a follow up to express my concern she proceeded to tell me that I should get a forehead lift if that is my concern. (I am 28) The woman I go to now only gives me 20-25units and my eyebrows are lifted and it looks beautiful. I would strongly advise going here and to pay to go to an actual plastic surgeon. I am surprised by the other (not so nice) reviews. From the first time I met and dealt with Dr. Dziedzic she has been informative and helpful. She took the time to learn about me and my overall health and she never pushes me to buy any extra services and/or products. In fact, when I requested that she do my lips, she showed me different options at different prices and recommended I get less done than what I wanted. My experience with Dysport has been very good. It's lasted longer than Botox (done somewhere else) and with better results because she knows where to inject in order to get optimal results. I am so satisfied with Obecano that I even got my husband to get Dysport! He's very happy with the results as well. Dr Dziedzic will match the Groupon price for Dysport so you don't necessarily have to buy a groupon in order to get the promotional price.
