At the beginning of the appointment, we talked about what I was interested in doing and I showed her photos of the look I was going for. She took the time to explain what her plan was step-by-step and even mentioned what she thought the final cost would be. I appreciated this SO MUCH! So many times stylists are mum about the price and then you're shocked when you get the bill at the register and it's much higher than you anticipated.
