Literally done in less than 5 minutes for both hands. The rubber base was not applied properly. The person evidently never applied it before. Left bumps of all kinds nails look deformed. Didn't use the tool to smooth them out. Didn't attempt to fix either. Didn't clean up under the nails. Not a single hand massage. Not a drop of hand lotion after. Honestly, this place was one of my worst experiences, I'm 45 years old. Terrible. Owner shouldn't hire techs like the one I got. What I had done usually takes at least 2 hours, ANYWHERE. It's a fine job with super meticulous steps in order to look perfect, smooth and natural. This lady took 45 minutes max for the whole thing.

The lady doing my toes was very nice but was digging at the sides on my toes. The next day after the appointment, my toe was swollen and it was infected where she was digging at. Additionally, the polish on my other foot had already began chipping after 4 days... Full set: I had a guy doing my full set and he was good, great attention to detail. He did the solid color, then had me go for the pedicure, then come back for the design (on my ring fingers). After my pedicure, walked back over there and it was a lady that was now going to do my design. I asked for a seashell & dots. Asked if she was able to do it, she said yes. It turned out pretty messy, and not like the inspiration picture. She rushed me out when she was done. I ended up going to a different salon right after and asking if they can just fix my design, thank goodness I did because I ended up getting engaged with these nails. OVERALL: Would not recommend for designs or pedicure. If you are getting a simple solid color full set and have the guy doing your nails, then maybe. But, overall the experience & customer service was NOT worth the price. (PRICE: $110 for everything altogether)

The first time I could hardly understand what the tech was saying (and I was really listening). She cut my ingrown so deep it bled and when I said ouch multiple times she just kept going. The next day when I got home it was infected. My husband convinced me to try it again since it was so close to the house and he ended up with a fungle infection under his nail within a couple of days and they cut my bunion so deep it bled. We will not be back.
