Completely understandable for walking in without an appointment. One lady was waiting when I walked in. Asked for stiletto French tip and a new full set so I would need a soak off. The total was going to be 82. That was fine with me because it was for my wedding so there was no budget. They sat me in the back in the corner even though there were open seats in the front. They never offered to soak my nails or even asked what I wanted until I asked. My nails still never got soaked off or even looked at. As a black woman, this already rubbed me the wrong way but I shook it off because I was excited to get my nails done. I watched people come and go and even the lady that came in after me was seated and started her nails. An older lady that had no appointment (that came in 30 minutes after me) was invited to soak her nails off. I sat there for 40+ minutes waiting and no one even showed any effort to provide me with a service. As the only black person in the shop, this feeling of being completely ignored felt intentional. At the end of the day, women of all races love getting their nails done and feeling pretty, this process shouldn't have been so impossible.

My nails were not shaped correctly, there is acrylic powder still on my skin, and the thin line I asked for on my toes, eneded up being wide lines.
