I went in for a regular gel polish manicure but actually got their dipping powder instead and I'm very happy with it! The place is really clean and Ben, who did my nails was really great. My nails were a mess before I went in - I had a gel manicure and I broke I few nails and then picked and peeled them, making a huge mess of everything. I'm very impressed that Ben was able to save my nails- I wish I had taken a before picture. One thing I found interesting is that they didn't soak off my gel polish. They used some kind of remover instead which was a much better experience than soaking off in acetone. I'll be back for sure!

Well, I came yesterday for just a gel pedicure and the lady who did my nails, Linh, gave me a possible infection. My two big toes hurt so bad and are pink on the sides of my nail bed, the pain feels like an ingrown toenail but 10x worse and it was NOT like that when I came here. I feel like I can hardly walk on my toes with the pain. Not to mention I did tell her to cut my toes but she cut them REALLY short, to the point she cut my skin and it wouldn't stop bleeding so she kept trying to spray something on it but it still wouldn't stop. In my pictures you can see the inflammation on my big toes and where she cut me at the top of my toe. I am now currently trying to "heal" whatever this is by dipping my toes in hydrogen peroxide, something I didn't think I'd have to do after paying $60 for a pedicure. Do not come here!!

I didn't check the reviews or anything like I normally would because 1) I was on the phone & 2) I just finally wanted my feet done. It had been too long. I walked in and was immediately greeted and asked what service I wanted, told them a pedicure. They told me to sign in, I looked around for the price list to see what their prices were and the guy inside told me the basic pedicures are typically around $40 (or so), from what I remember. As I was about to sit down in front and wait, Vinny told me I could go back and have a seat for my pedicure. They have a book that looks like a menu with nail colors, which I love. I chose my nail colors ,relaxed and enjoyed my manicure and pedicure. Vinny did a great job, he did exactly what was asked of him.

The experience was far from pleasant--both nail technicians were rude. One sat by the checkout counter, and the other at table #2. I should have known something was off when my daughter and I were the only customers there at the time. Neither technician asked how we wanted our nails filed; they simply did what they wanted. The male technician who worked on my nails refused to remove the polish that had spilled onto my skin. When I pointed it out, he told me it would come off once I washed my hands at home! I was ready to leave at that point, but we had an event to attend and needed our nails done, so I stayed. I wouldn't recommend this place. For the same price, you can go to a nearby salon where you'll receive better treatment and higher-quality service.

Then I sat again, for 10 minutes before I left. I paid and told them I wouldn't be staying because I had a lot to do today. When I left I called and talked to the owner explaining my frustration only to be told there's only 3 people there that do builder gel. Ok. How does that affect my SCHEDULED SERVICE. It's not like I walked in, then I expect a wait. Horrible, at least to me. It seemed like everyone else was very welcomed and had a nice experience. I guess I'll try another place. I've lived here since September and have not found a place that I feel like really cares and that's disappointing. Maybe I'll learn to do them for myself.
