The clinic itself is very clean and has a calm, clinical-but-comfortable atmosphere. The staff are always kind, sweet, and very informative. The IVs are placed by nurses, which definitely adds an extra level of confidence and professionalism. One of my favorite parts is the seating options. They have comfortable padded chairs, but they also have these incredible full-body massage chairs that look like futuristic pods. When you're in one, it gently massages and compresses different parts of your body from head to toe, and you can adjust the intensity, vibration, and pressure to your liking. It's honestly so relaxing. Most visits take me around an hour to an hour and fifteen minutes depending on how quickly the IV runs. I usually bring my headphones and watch something on my phone while the drip is going. I've tried the Myers' Cocktail, but my personal favorite is the Gut Guardian drip, which has been amazing for me. I'm so glad they added it to their menu. Another big plus is that this location has been the most economical IV hydration option I've found in the area, which makes it much easier to come back when I need it. The lack of respect for clients' time and the apparent disorganization within their scheduling system is not only unprofessional but also incredibly inconsiderate. It's disheartening to see a company, which presumably prides itself on its customer service, fall so short in one of the most basic aspects of customer interaction. In today's fast-paced world, effective and efficient communication is key. Unfortunately, HydraMed has shown that they are severely lacking in this area.
