Five weeks later I had my first laser session with Fatima. She explained how easy the process was and I immediately felt confident in her. I have tattoos and so does she, so I asked her to compare the pain level. She was spot-on tattoos are maybe a 7, and laser hair removal was maybe a 2, or a 3 in the more sensitive areas. I had pretty much everything done except my arms, armpits, legs, and face. The process was incredibly simple, and Fatima was so kind and knowledgeable. Overall it was an amazing experience. Every staff member I've met here has shown incredible hospitality. I'm actually the GM of an extremely high-volume restaurant in an airport, so I have very high standards for customer service and I was blown away by the team here at Milan. If you're curious about my hair type and how well it worked: I have Italian roots and very thick, long, black hair. Sometimes I would have 2-4 hairs growing from the same follicle, which was incredibly annoying. Shaving was a nightmare and I dealt with lots of ingrown hairs and irritation. After just one session, I can already say my hair regrowth is down about 25%, and some areas haven't grown back at all (very small patches). From ONE session. I understand everyone is different, but wow this really works. I highly recommend this place to anyone!

Apparently my provider changes and now they won't refill my RX until I'm seen, so I make an appt which is more than a month away. Let me share that the pharmacist requested refill almost a month ago. I've made several calls to the AAD office with no response, meanwhile I've run out and my cystic acne has started to come back. In the matter of a week I've had a breakout of painful, sore swelled red bumps on my face. I cannot even lay on my right side because they hurt. But rather than refill my RX Ulta last me until my appt they flat out refuse. I am not a new patient they have my file, they see me 2x a year. No one reached out to say my Dr was changing and to avoid a gap in treatment plz make an appt. No one responded to pharmacist when they tried to refill, no one reached out to me when the pharmacist tried to refill. No one responded to my 2 calls to the office when I was told a note would be placed on my chart to have it refilled. Now I'm in pain AND I have 2 huge red bumps on my face! Which makeup cannot hide! And they want me to continue to wait 45 days until she can see me. And start my treatment all over again! No thank you! If you don't care about how you're treated by your provider or you don't have any real issues then sure use AAD otherwise keep looking.
