Always so good. Great service, staff is friendly. Just pay attention to which location you're at since there's 2 in the lot.

My friend wanted to come here for a massage. I have not been back in a really long time. They are located on the second floor. Parking can be tough depending on the day and time since there are way too many businesses in that plaza but not enough parking spaces. I had a lady masseuse who was above average in her techniques. It felt good overall, but some areas of my body were either missed or did not have adequate pressure even though I told her to go harder. I felt dazed after the 1 hour massage. I used the restroom afterwards. Then, when I went to go pay, the lady followed me waiting on her tip. One star off for that since it makes the customer feel awkward. I needed to get change for the tip after the massage. What if I paid with a credit card? read more

This has become our regular spot for weekend morning massages, followed by lunch nearby around Chinatown. Note that Oasis has two locations which are related (I think?), but have different phone numbers and certain massage therapists work at one or the other. It's always super easy to schedule a same-day (or same-morning) appointment by calling. They can usually get you in ASAP, and once you show up, you are ushered to your room right away. Parking is always questionable since it's located in Dun Huang Plaza, but if you come early enough in the morning, parking has never been an issue. I have seen Mike the past couple of visits and my partner regularly goes to see Alan. Both are super solid and we've never had an issue scheduling with them. I prefer my massages DEEP, and Mike does go really deep. To the point I question whether I need to warn him not to push any further or else he might break my back... They have very clean restrooms and complimentary water for guests. Couches in the waiting area are super comfy if you do end up having to wait for a bit. read more

Oasis Massage II - Exterior - Massage Near Me - Houston, Texas

There is usually a clear difference between budget massage places and high end spas, yet somehow Oasis II feels like a blend of both. Despite being overshadowed by its much larger sister location in the same plaza (#1), this has become my go-to place for all things massage. Don't let the smallish lobby fool you, Oasis II is larger than it appears. There are a number of individual and group rooms of varying sizes, all of which are clean and smell great. They're dimly lit and private enough to conceal the outside noise. It is quiet enough to feel like a true oasis. The male and female masseuses here all specialize in different styles, from deep tissue to aromatherapy. 1 hour regular body massage runs about $65, where as a foot massage is $40. There are specific tiers that include only shoulder / neck / back ($40-70) or even head massage ($40) or hot stone massage ($75). I personally prefer their Oasis special of 30 minutes of feet and another 1 hour of body massage for $90. I'm on my feet often, so foot massages are favorite thing to get. I often require someone who knows how to manipulate large feet where in the perfect balance between pain and pleasure, and usually that person is an older Chinese man with bear paws for hands. There's usually a head and shoulder massage that accompanies this, so it is the best overall combo. When he's done, I feel like I'm floating and light on my toes. For the occasions where it is my back, I prefer back walking. This is not exclusive to Thai massage, but is widely practiced in Chinese style massages. Not every massage place will have bars on the ceiling, but they have specialized rooms where where folks can do this on their own or in couples fashion. I enjoy the pressure and appreciate any pops in the process. They're very professional and do an excellent job every time. English is not necessarily universal, but make your preferences known at the counter so that they can communicate with the staff if necessary. The customer service may not appear to be warm, but it's effective. They do such a good job with answering the phones, scheduling the appointments, and executing in a way that is consistent that I have found very little room for error. It is my sanctuary at Dun Huang Plaza and deserving of this milestone review. I decided to try this location for a massage, and unfortunately, it was a huge mistake. I've been to the original location right across the parking lot and had a much better experience, but this one did not compare. When I arrived, the front desk attendant was outside smoking, and when she came in to check me in, she smelled strongly of cigarettes. After filling out a form, I was taken to a room and told the masseuse would be in shortly. The massage itself was very disappointing. In my opinion, the masseuse had no real skill--she mainly used her elbows on my back, which was uncomfortable and painful rather than relaxing, which left me sore.. The foot massage was no better; instead of massaging, she used her knuckles to press up and down on the bottoms of my feet. By the time I left, my back actually hurt worse than when I arrived. Overall, this was a terrible experience, and I will never return. read more

I love coming to massage oasis they always have a grade 60 minute special that includes feet and back and it's just enough to get me relaxed and get my knots out my back! read more

When I came in I was promptly taken to my room. Wendy was my masseuse for my 90 minute full body massage. She made sure I was comfortable and was ok with the amount of pressure she was using. I felt very relaxed and she really worked on my back to try and get the knots out. This was definitely one of the best massages I've had, and for $90! I'll definitely be back! read more

So when I go over to the plaza if Oasis isn't available I'll swing by here or if I want to get a sea salt massage then this is my choice of preference. Its the plaza so there are some other options for other massage places so generally speaking you don't need to make a reservation - if you are going in a group of 3 or more though I would suggest calling ahead just to be sure. What could be better is the consistency with the sea salt massage. One massage was hands down best EVER the rest seem to be hit or miss. For the value you get its still worth it to come here. If you are going to get the sea salt maybe do it on the weekend or a day off since you'll still have some sea salt on your body. The full body massages are also a great choice and offer great value. I would recommend scheduling a visit here as soon as you can! read more

Depending on which masseuse, but overall recommend this place. I do prefer this location over the original Oasis Massage upstairs. I usually opt for the Oasis special, and felt worth the price already. Recently have been treating myself to the full body massage (Swedish). Very good pricing, friendly staff. Don't forget to tip them! They work hard and with the competitive pricing, they earn their living mostly on tips. read more

Oasis Massage II - Full body massage single room - Massage Near Me - Houston, Texas

We had originally booked a massage for 4 at Oasis Massage and they sent us to their second shop Oasis II, it was a short walk over. First thoughts is that it's really clean and the staff is so kind. We were split into two rooms and did the one hour full massage for $60. The massage was great but you have to give some direction to the masseuse. We did get a little confused when they abruptly left the room 45 mins in but it was to get heated towels. I suggest they give better directive because we got started on changing back into our clothes. Overall I enjoyed it and I'll be coming back. read more

Oasis Massage II - Front Desk + Menu - Massage Near Me - Houston, Texas

Always a great massage place. I like the foot massage which is fully clothed but still relaxing

I've been a regular at the original Oasis Massage on the 2nd floor, but it's been awhile since I've come because of covid. To our surprise, we saw Oasis Massage II, and figured let's give it a try. Walking in, the place looks very clean. Restrooms were clean as well which gave us good vibes about the place immediately. We opted to try their 1 hour foot massage ($35) but don't worry it includes more than just your feet. The foot massage room is a communal room. The private rooms are only if you get a full body massage. There's dim lighting, calming music, and really soft recliners. The guys who give the massages here are very strong but they ask you if it's too hard/soft. I guarantee by the end of it you'll be feeling amazing. For $35/hour this place is a steal. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to others. read more

My husband and I go here regularly. It's the best massage spot in Houston. They always have availability and wide range of massages.

This is one of the decent but cost effective massage centers in Houston. The staff is usually polite and professional and services are reasonably priced. Some of the staff does not speak English and it can become a challenge to communicate during the therapy so please let the front desk know of your requests ahead of your massage to avoid confusion. read more

Always a great massage at Oasis, clean comfortable and great value . I have been here many times

It is a hit or miss when you come here. I come here often and sometimes they listen to you when you say go soft, and when they do it's so relaxing. But when they don't listen, you are cringing your back trying to make it stop. read more

Anna was wonderful. One of the best deep tissue massages I've ever had in the US. She worked out the knots I had on my neck and shoulders.

My husband and I were looking for a good massage place in order to relax. My friend recommended this place, she comes here all the time! Also they takes a lot of precautions for COVID and I felt it was very clean and safe. This is one of the best massage I've ever received! We did both foot and body massage (in separate room) Fell asleep while getting the massage because it was very soothing and relaxing what the masseuse did. I honestly don't ever review unless I loved and enjoyed the experience. This place deserves all 5 stars. great staff and great service . read more

Me and my husband are from Los Angeles , so had lots of really good foot messages . But David and Lisa did wonders for us . The best message experience ever . 1 star because me and my other half got a couples massage . We was the last costumers of the night BOTH LADIES was using there KNUCKLES , ELBOWS, & rubbing up and down. They had the strength but kept applying pressure to just one spot that made you clinch after awhile. Hardly touched the lower back and our feet . They kept talking & laughing. I seen her even go on her phone. Worst massage I ever got. They when we was leaving she had the nerve to ask us if we left her anything . && we did it was in the room. Only went here because the reviews was more good than bad . Looks like we just got a bad experience. read more

Have been here three times so far. Once I have gotten a full body couples massage and it was great. The other two times, I have gotten the 60 minute foot reflexology for $35. This is a communal room on your own chair fully dressed. You cannot beat the price and the salon is clean. The reason I am giving 4 stars and not 5 has to do with my most recent visit. The staff outside the room was talking loudly, which hurt relaxation a tiny bit. The other reason they lost a star is because ever since my last massage, my left Achilles is tight and sore and I had no problems with it before. read more

I came here with 2 other people. $25 for one hour for reflexology. Guys... It's not worth it. A very clean facility, nice front desk, but masseuses that need training badly. This is coming from all 3 of us. I was so excited because this place has 5 stars on Yelp. As I came in, they put us in the first room. We were able to soak our feet and they covered us in a blanket. When they started on the face, one guy had a cigarette smell. The other ladies put a gallon full of oil on my head and massaged it, to where my face and hair was so greasy my head and parts of my face broke out. As they were massaging I asked for stronger. Nothing really worked and I was afraid to ask again. When they finished everything in front, I realized they didn't really tough my legs or thighs or hands. Once I flipped over, my backside was my area where I have been stressed. I requested for this to be very strong. Nothing changed so I asked not 2x but 3, and after the third time, she started using her elbow and bones toward my spine and bone areas. The next day, my back had a shocking pain. The other person was bruised. I've never been so disappointed in a Chinatown massage before. Would not recommend. On the bright side: feet were done for a longer period of time, but I didn't think the masseuse really know what she was doing. She didn't hit any of my spots nor did she undo any of my knots. Sad experience. read more

So one of my best friend was feeling achy all over her body, and what do friends do when this happens? We go get a massage together of course! So the initial plan was to try Oasis Massage Salon as I heard a lot of good things about the place. But once we got to Dun Huang Plaza, we notice that there's an Oasis Massage II on the first floor of the plaza. I did a quick search and this is the newest location for Oasis Massage so we went to the new location instead because, why not? We walk in and look at the type of massages they offer. I see that they have an Oasis Special which is 1 hour foot and body massage for $40! I think that's one of the better price point out there. We both book that and it took them a few minutes to get the room ready. They did ask us if we have a preference on male or female masseuse and we just needed someone who can massage very strongly. And boy, did I really get a strong masseuse for my session that time! Since the first part is the foot massage, they lead us to the couch room and had us get all relaxed in the recliner chair. Just like every other massage salons, they will soak your feet in hot water while they give you a head, shoulder, neck massage first. I have to say, it was one of the best head massage I ever had. Everything my masseuse did was on point, I felt so relaxed that I think I fell asleep at least once on the couch and then in the massage bed. I love it that they put us in the same room and it was so comfortable. Remember I mention I wanted someone with a strong touch? The masseuse I had really had a strong touch where I was in a good pain feel. She really hit all the knots on my shoulder where the next day, I still feel sore from the massage. Overall we both felt really, really rejuvenated from the massage. This is now my newest favorite massage place in Chinatown! read more

I have chronic pain issues and walked in for a 90 minute back and shoulders session, since I know mine needed work. I let them know I wanted strong pressure. Given what I want, I hope for an intense massage and accept moments of pain or discomfort when they are in the service of relieving my overall pain. Lina went above and beyond. She put in the work I was hoping for from the beginning and practically gave me a new back. Thank you so much. read more

I can see why this place has so many great reviews! I was referred by one of my friends who swears by this place because of the value for your money. She said it's the best reflexology she's had for such a great price! Before, she paid $30 but they raised it to $35. For $35 you essentially get a full body massage for 60 minutes. We both ran in the Chevron Marathon the day before and I feel so much better!! I can't wait to come back here! They also have a nice website for listed services and break down of prices. Definitely check it out before making an appointment. read more

I went to the original oasis a few weeks ago and didn't have that great of a massage. It's been years since I've visited oasis and I left very disappointed. Walked out and spotted oasis II and decided I would check it out next time I needed a massage. Oasis II is much cleaner and nicer. I came a few minutes after they opened so I had the whole massage room to myself. William was the one who did my massage and I felt he did a great job. I decided to get the hot stone foot massage which was an extra $10 from the regular foot massage. If you have really sore feet the extra $10 will be worth it. Cost for regular 1 hour foot massage is $25. 1 hour foot massage plus hot stone is $35. read more
