Paid a visit here when the old "didn't wanna do laundry anymore good for nothing new technology failed me again" dryer machine that decided to "go out on a vacation and boycott picket and left my bare tush on the couch with damp clothes" leave me hanging. But I digress...Parking is plentiful, luckily one was available right up front, and plenty of rolling baskets for dem dripp'n clothes. The machines are quarter-powered analog, seven segment display (thankfully) No Thank You Very Much to my soon-to-be decommissioned machine that rhymes with Samsuck. , and to clean your change of clothes, change can easily be changed by the change machine or the staff behind the counter who has an endless amount of change, who would be more than happy to process the exchange (similar to that of an old video game arcade)... Caution, good memories will be triggered when hearing the coins clank against each other. Big dryer machines are 25 cents/5 mins, uggggg! Not like the old college days of...oh if I remember, 25 cents/15 mins. No nickel or penny machines...oh wait that's another place, lol. Will recommend if you need BIG machines for washing and drying. Driers took 40 minutes and 8 quarters to NOT dry my clothing. The place I went, on the other side of the valley before I moved, was 25 minutes and 5 quarters to get my stuff bone dry. ALSO NO SOAP, and NO PAPERTOWELS OR BLOWER OR ANY OTHER TYPE OF THING TO DRY YOUR HANDS WITH in the bathroom. This place is AWESOME we usually go to this place bernal and Santa Teresa, but halt there machines are broken, and it's super boring inside. I made a terrible decision when I tried to wash my thick bamboo mattress cover at home. About 10 minutes into the wash cycle, I realized my mistake and pulled out the dirty, soggy mess. I called Oasis Laundry Center and the attendant was very helpful and told me they have large load machines. I've only visited a laundromat once before, many years ago, to wash a horse blanket. So, I bagged up my soggy mattress cover and drove over to Oasis. The attendant was very helpful and showed me how to use the machine and gave me lots of good advice. Inside the laundromat was very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this laundromat and will visit again when I have a big load to wash. read more

I dropped my laundry off here for years, and it's amazing. I drop my clothes off, and pick them up a few days later, clean, and sorted, and folded. I never had any problems, the proprietor is nice, and I've really missed this place since moving to Las Vegas for a new job last year. read more

So much lint between washers, outdated equipment...dirty, dirty, dirty. I have to think that place makes SOME money. How about a remodel Oasis people? I don't think that place has changed in 20 years. Your loyal clientele deserves a nice, clean place to clean their clothes and bedding. A nice little laundry mat! Clean, organized and well maintained. Small sizes of laundry products are sold cheaply. It is pretty old-school and modern. It has a few top loaders which is a rarity these thing. The machines are mostly modern. The place was basically empty, so I was in and out in under an hour. Dryers: 25 cents for 5 minutes. But they are very hot. The 65 bus stops nearby. When I left I said to the owner, "this is a nice laundry!" To which he said "thank you!" read more

As far as laundromats go, this place was decent. A step up from the non staffed places, they have a person there who sells soap, snacks, and laundry supplies. They have a drop off service as well, if you can afford it you can drop off your dirty clothes and pick them up clean and folded. The machines are so-so. Some are new and cost upto $6 to wash a giant load, and some look like they were made in the 60's. You will need to sniff the washer before you put your clothes in. I have made the mistake of not smelling the washer before I put my clothes in and they came out smelling like funk. I think this place could benefit from running a machine cleaner through them more often. Especially with the front loading washers, they have a tendency to smell bad if they aren't cleaned. All in all, this place is ok as long as you don't get stuck with a nasty smelling machine. read more

Well, it's your typical laundromat. Except I'd never been to one in my life, but the pup decided to pee on a blanket that wouldn't fit in my washer/dryer, so my Saturday morning plans were changed by going to the closest laundromat Yelp directed me to. In an older plaza, they have parking spots reserved for this place, which is nice so you don't have to lug your things over. Lots of machines, with prices listed, and a worker who can also take care of your laundry needs. I had to ask her a ton of questions as I had no idea, but I was able to get the job down. And trusting of this place, as I left here and there during the 2+ hours to run errands. Luckily, there's a Round Table, CVS, and Taco Bell/Pizza Hut to grab some food if you need, and tables and a TV on inside. read more

One time and I'm a fan. YELPERS are right: this place has many machines, even the super jumbo washing machines that are triple or quadruple load type! The machines are in good condition, not the peeling paint, commercial used dinosaurs. My heated mattress pad fit the large washing machine and for $3.50, it came out very clean and not beat up. The quality dryer was $.25 for 4 minutes; so, it cost me $3.00 dollars for a good one hour dry at low temperature. Low temperature is for delicate items. Tip: they sell soda's, candies, instant noodles here and have free Wi-Fi. Tip:#2: And, a courteous person is there most of the time. Tip#3: the super jumbo washing machines cost $6.50; but you can do the Big Load. The washing area has many large windows and is well lit. Parking: ez and in a safe neighbor hood. read more

I started going to this Oasis in July 2016. Several washing machines we non-functional, which concerned me. On the other hand, it was quiet enough not to matter, as there were more than enough working washers for everyone there. The place is reasonably clean, the restroom was open and available without having to ask for a key, and the change machine was working properly. While the other customers were not really friendly, no one was rude, either. This Oasis Laundry is within easy walking distance of my home, so I am sure I'll be going back. read more

It's um a laundry center . . . so you get your laundry done and you are out. It was $1.75 for a wash, not so bad and then .25 per 7 mins on the dry - so not so bad overall. In college it was way more expensive in Santa Cruz. They have tvs, magazines, a pinball machine, food, detergent etc to purchase, quarter machines for the kids and even a water refill station - so it's packed with stuff. It's not super clean though, I don't usually like the thought of folding my stuff there, so I brought it home. Soon I'll get the washer and dryer back again - woot! It collects a wide variety of people from moms, college kids, a troupe of slow but oh so sweet people, older, kids etc . . . but all were nice, kept to themselves and I felt safe as a young woman doing laundry alone. read more

I used to come here a lot back when I lived in San Jose. It's OK. Pros: 1) Lots of machines, both washers & dryers. Plenty of the larger front-loading machines, which cannot be said for all laundromats. Top-loading machines are for suckers! 2) Prices are fairly reasonable. Used to be $2.25 for a front-loading washer, as I recall. 3) On-site TV to help while away the time. 4) On-site restroom! Fairly unusual for a laundromat. Cons: 1) Some of the patrons are skanky, although most seem to be OK. However, I always felt better when my boyfriend came with me. 2) The on-site TV is played at seriously high volume. They have magazines, although I'm not sure why -- who can read over the din of the TV? Overall, if you're stuck having to go to a laundromat, this isn't a bad choice. It's a laundromat, is there really that much you can say about it? -It's clean. Very clean in fact. I watched the owner one night clean every machine in the place. And I don't just mean a quick wipe. I mean she cleaned out where they put the detergent so it didn't gunk up. -Plenty of machines of every size. Me and my fiance usually wait a month to do laundry, then we pile it all up and bring it here. Using multiple machines it takes just as long to do 8 loads as it does 1. We just bring some food, sit at the tables and eat and talk while waiting for it to be done (there are no signs saying anything about outside food and they sell snacks in there so we've just always assumed it was ok). We have no complaints so we will keep coming here as long as we live in the area. read more

Went on a Saturday afternoon to use the washer only. It's been years since I used a laundromat, and I was expecting dirty and dark, which was *not* at all what I found. Several washing machine types, regular (small load, really) for $2, commercial sized $2.50 - and the signs claim these use less water for faster drying time - and extra large sized. (Didn't check price on these, but saw a woman bring in a large comforter to wash.) The wash time was fairly short and the place was almost empty. Clothes were wrung out pretty well, especially since I had to drag the wet clothes home to dry. They have a booth and a round table near the large front windows, and several stools around to sit on. This place is large and comfortable compared to the old-school laundromats I had to use while in college - I will probably be back since my washer is out of commission for 2 weeks! My husband and I have been dropping off our hot/warm water wash here once a week - every week - for over 10 years now. We thought they did a decent job, for a fair price. The front counter service has been getting less and less friendly over the last year or so though - so much so that we asked several times if there are new owners. (The answer was always "no.") Last week was the final straw though. They make you prepay for drop off laundry, but our paid invoice was brought out, marked up in red ink that we owed them $3 more. Not a lot, if there had been some mistake, right? No mistake though - they've raised the price on wash & fold service for SHEETS!!! And they notify customers who've been coming in once a week for 10 years this way??? There's a posted sign - that's been there for years - that blankets and comforters are priced separately. Knowing that, I've been happy to pay the $15 when I bring those in. But to raise the price on _sheets_ without written notice.... We can only imagine that they're phasing out their wash & fold service. Happy to help in that regard. We're taking our sheets - and everything else - somewhere else! read more

Also, their is staff is attentive to customer needs throughout the entire business day. Second rating. Owner is really friendly. This location is really close to me and not overcrowded so I frequent it. I left a dryer full of clothing and returned the next day, they were still inside. The only downside is the cleanliness of the bathroom. It is filthy! I also noticed roaches inside the restroom so I decided not to return. It smells bad, it's nasty and dirty, and baby roaches or some type of bug were crawling all around the toilet. I'm afraid to do my laundry here for fear of transporting roaches back home. read more

I've been here twice and do not plan to make it a third. My first initial thought of this place was good. After my second visit I realized how shitty their customer service is and their dryers. The man running the place is rude and hovers over you to nag (over anything). This man was bothered by my son (who is deaf, Autistic, with ADHD) he kept shushing him and making faces. He even grabbed my son by his arm to sit him down (WTF SMH). I stayed a little longer to dry (since the dryers suck) and he began to clean the table where I was sitting and putting the carts away (including the one I was using). I've used oasis before and found it clean and pleasant enough. However I've typically used them to do large loads, comforters etc., on a weekend. This weekend our washer broke down just as we were starting the week's worth of laundry. So Monday evening after a days work and getting the kids tucked into their schoolwork I headed off to oasis. Got there at 8:30 only to be sent away as I walked in--they close at 9. Seriously? Drove down the road to xpressway. I have been coming here to wash my clothes for the last few years but I have finally had enough. Their machines break down all the time, and the people who work there are not very friendly. If a machine breaks down while you are using it, they rarely if ever give you your money back, you have to argue with them, and they basically act like you are trying to rip them off, when it is them who are ripping you off! This was my place to wash clothes. I would be here every week or every other week. Not anymore they hired a really rude lady that racially profiles. She has no customer service skills. On my first encounter with her I walked up to the counter and asked for change and she said "for what" I said for laundry and she replied "where is your laundry I don't see it" i than said in my car as soon as you give me my quarters I'll walk out and grab it. after going back and forth for a few minutes she finally gave it to me. Anyways I let the situation go and thought to my self she is new and she don't know my face yet and is not aware that I am a regular. 2nd encounter with her was even worse. I walked in, there was a "white lady" in front of me asking to get quarters for her change and the worker accommodated with a smile. Now it was my turn I said hi can I get $4 dollars in quarters for these dimes. She paused and looked at me for about 1 min without saying anything and said "for what" I said laundry, I then said I'm a regular here you did this to me the last time she said "I don't care if you are a regular" I don't see your clothes with you" I said it's in the car. She then looked at my dimes and said "I'm not going to count them for you" so I started to count it. And she finally gave me the $4 in quarters. And as I walked away she made a laughing grunt. If this lady keeps working here this place is going to go down hill you will see more and more bad reviews for this place. The owner needs to Address this situation right away. Being a young single woman, I find it an adventure to do my delicates at this establishment. I find the patrons to wide-eyed & runny-nosed, but I don't mind. The washing machines are fantastic - especially machine #223 in the back right corner. I sit atop that one as I wash my sneakers . . . unbalanced load (wink-wink), as the proprietor re-empties all the lint traps around me,again. I give it 6 stars out of 5, the toilets are surprisingly immaculate - I'd drink out of them. And if you don't have time to stay, you just want to drop a load and go - this is your place. read more
