They have many games available and a cute Photo Booth, nice way to remember the night. I have to say, the customer service is not the best. All of the staff members working do not acknowledge you and seem hesitant to help, made it a little awkward. Besides that, I would still come back again for my next visit to Big Bear Lake.

We did unlimited games for 2 hours, that gave us enough time to get about 3 games in. I noticed plenty of balls were already in the ball return, so not sure if people go grab balls, or if they are just placed there to grab from. There were plenty of size options for the balls BUT I hate that we had to share with the lane next to us because they were eating pizza and grabbing the same balls and every time I went up the ball felt super greasy and gross. Usually there are instructions showing how items should be positioned in the machines, but this time there were only reference photos inside the machine. I asked an employee if they could reposition an item (something I've never had an issue with before), and the interaction felt pretty rude. They told me, "You shouldn't look at the reference photos, those are for employees." They attempted to reposition the item, but honestly just placed it back in basically the same spot, so it didn't help at all. It was disappointing because I used to enjoy coming to this location. I don't think I'll be returning since I don't want to feel like I'm inconveniencing staff just by asking for help.
