My only complaint of the facility is how stunningly hot it was in the party room... it was unbearable at times. Is it always like that or was there just an a/c malfunction? But it was 90 degrees out and everyone was melting. I would at least be popping in a window unit or provide a fan so that people paying for your space aren't overheating. The kids had fun but the heat was awful.

They are great with kids and have a way of helping them focus and have fun at the same time. My son has built muscle strength and agility that have helped him at other sports and really built his confidence through gymnastics. Westside is also a great place for birthday parties. (We've has two different parties here.) They can handle very large groups of kids of all abilities and everyone has fun at their parties: that are loaded with obstacle courses, trampolines and a huge foam pit.

The party package we chose was the Grand package. This covers up to 12 kids. Upon arriving on the party day, they had fun activities all set up for my 5 year olds party. All we had to do was bring in the cake, and any other supplies we brought for food and drinks. Phoebe and Sarah did everything! Throughout the party, they introduced new activities such as a bubble machine, obstacle courses, a giant bean bag swing, and kept the attention on the Birthday boy. My son was smiling the entire time! This was by far the best venue we have celebrated any of my kid's birthdays in. All the parents of the little party guests loved how fun it was for the kids. Best parts: Cost effective. Continuous entertainment. Little to no work for the parents. Phoebe and Sarah made everything run so smoothly without any hiccups! Worst part: I should have opted for the 2 hour upgrade.

My daughter…read morewent there for tumbling and flying classes and summer camp and because she enjoyed the experience so much, she wanted to be on one of the cheer teams. To be clear, my daughter was 14 when she attended these classes--she was not a little kid wowed with camp activities. And she came with only a back handspring. She's competitive and likes the way the coaches push for results. Despite being "old" to start the sport, she was able to advance her skills through levels 2, 3, and 4. She cheered for two years and both years her teams won bids to The Summit in Orlando. This year she's cheering level 5. Competitive cheer is not a walk in the park. It is an intense sport that requires dedication and discipline. The coaches there are all about that. If you're looking for someone to deliver roses and sunshine to someone who isn't pushing him or herself to advance, this isn't for you. If you want someone to help your child advance his or her skills and your child is motivated to do so, then you should check it out.

After encouragement from other members I started training with Chad at Camillus Crossfit. He scaled the workouts for me and is encouraging and supportive. Fast forward six months, lots of weight has fallen off, I have muscles I haven't seen in decades, I feel great, and sleep well. Can't wait to see what the next six months bring.
