And removed most of the stationary bike with the back on them. Replace them with hard plastic ones. Try riding that for over 30 minutes especially with spinal problems. I do not do free weights. Anne is an awesome yoga teacher. Her classes are accessible without being boring and she makes sure that each person is comfortable and getting the most out of each pose. My favorite class is the Sunday one since it is yin style, with poses being held for a few minutes at a time... I always feel like I've had a massage after class, and it gets rid of all my aches and pains for the week. But if you like a more active, vinyasa style, you should try the Thursday class. Classes are only $15 each if you buy a package which is so reasonable compared to the prices other places charge. I highly recommend!
