As an instructor, she cracked jokes throughout the class, which I thought was a really great way to make less experienced participants feel less self conscious. That might not be everyone's style, but I thought it was a nice change up from more straightforward, serious tone you might find in other studios. Also, she did a great job of breaking down more complex moves into easy steps to help students nail the form. The flow itself was a great balance of restful & simple moves, and more challenging moves -- but always perfectly paced, and never too much at one time. Great for beginners, and a good mix between strenuous and restorative. Also, it was just plain fun. Overall, this was a great time and quality guidance, and I would definitely be open to taking more classes with Syracuse Yoga. Would recommend anyone who is considering them to take the chance and try them out!

Staff make big deals out of small situations 1) the hot yoga is unbearable if u sit under the vent because she doesn't have directional vents in place. 2) tried to see why my partner couldn't access his account online and the Owner refused to help me......they had no problem when I set up our accounts and when i used his credit cards 3) owner seems unwilling to hear any type of constructive critism and even posted her belief on her FB page about not begging for acceptance from people isn't good.....listen to your client isn't begging it's called having interpersonal skills. 4) wouldn't let me come in class because they were centering but I had been in many classes the instructors were laughing during practice. The class rooms are often over packed and the parking is very limited and near impossible at times. No day time hours either D-

As an instructor, Kela really puts you at ease and radiates positive energy. The flows are easy to follow. Also, customizable. She asks me what I want to work on. (I usually opt for hip openers, because my joints pop a lot during our stretches.) Kela even showed up for one of our sessions when she was traveling abroad, which is true dedication because I totally would've understood if she wanted to reschedule. The booking process is pretty easy, and the system is streamlined. I'd definitely recommend checking Blend Theory out! Sometime's Kela does community classes online or around Syracuse, so you can test out her teaching style there. Once you take a class with her, you'll be back! (Bonus-- she likes to put music on and it's always a bop.)

She warmed us up, and getting us moving with twists, stretching, downward dog, warrior poses. Music provided that inspiration to get up, get out, and hustle. I met Donna and she is a very good teacher and dancer. We started with the popular hustle. Donna has created multiple patterns and calls the moves as she teaches them. It is at times difficult to follow with three couples but Donna really is quite good at this. I am slow to get it all but with practice I know my wife and I will do great. The studio is very spacious and has two dance floors. They floors are great for dancing and there are mirrors in both walls to view how you look. Parking is in the garage by sears and most of the time no one is there. The price is reasonable at $25 per couple per hour. She is flexible and will accommodate your schedule. She takes walk-ins and has dance nights with DJ and live bands. Oh and bring cash, she doesn't take credit cards. All in all this has been a lot of fun and we have had a blast with our friends. Thank you Donna and I will make you proud by end of June.

At my first class with Jennifer, she was easy to build rapport with and extremely helpful because she did not judge my size and inflexible body. Her instruction was top notch, more importantly, as we slowly went through the A, B and closing routines. I very much look forward to doing yoga in her cool space and being gently and compassionately led one-on-one.

I discovered Steve to be an incredible instructor, and his passion for dance was truly inspiring. His knowledge of the style was evident in every step. West Coast Swing has a lot of technical aspects, and Steve's attention to detail was truly refreshing. He gave instant feedback and demonstrations about form and techniques! This level of real-time interactivity can *never* be achieved from watching a YouTube video. You need to be here IRL!! **Atmosphere** The dance class itself had a fun, casual, and welcoming environment. The studio is large and spacious and has two dance floors with blonde hardwood flooding that is easy to move about. The place is clean and unclutter with ample free parking outside. I found the classes to be reasonably priced with options for taking one-class-at-a-time or enrolling for an entire series of classes. After my first two very positive experiences, I decided to enroll for the entire series. **Other classes** In addition to West Coast Swing, the studio also offers classes in other dance forms.
