That was when I first learned about head spas and have since gone to a few in Tokyo. I don't think they are too popular in the US so I was surprised that there was a spa locally that specializes in it. One of my good friends actually got me a gift card, which is how I learned about this place. The spa is very discreet. It's a little off the main streets at the end of a residential area with no overt signage so I actually drove past it at first. The good thing is that there's a large parking lot so you don't have to worry about finding parking. Right as you walk inside, you truly get the spa experience. It's well designed, quiet, calming inside. The head spa experience was the same as the ones I've had before - starts with a consultation and scalp examination using the camera, bring up any concerns to determine the right treatments, and ends with another scalp examination to see the results. I had Michelle helping me who was really great. She was knowledgeable, addressed all my concerns, and I thought her suggestions were all good. I added on a lymphatic facial massage, which I think is well worth the price. My hair and scalp looked and felt really great after. The whole experience was so relaxing and one of the best self care things you can do for yourself or gift someone you love.

I came in for a free consultation in May 2026 and just wrapped up my final session. I did the…read more6-month FoLix laser treatment to help with thinning at my hairline and crown, and I'm really happy with how it turned out. I asked the team to send me my progress photos so I could share them here as part of an honest review. One thing worth knowing upfront: this wasn't just the laser on its own. Thinning hair usually needs a few things working together, so I stuck closely to the full plan. That included the FoLix treatment once a month for six months, the Plated Hair Serum, red light therapy two to three times a week, and a prescription for minoxidil, finasteride, and biotin, which I went over with my regular doctor first. It's not inexpensive, but it costs less than a transplant. They walk you through pricing during the consultation, and I believe they offer an interest-free payment plan if you'd rather not pay all at once. The staff made the whole thing easy. They're professional, approachable, and I never felt judged. They make you feel comfortable and thinning hair is totally normal with aging. I'd absolutely recommend this to anyone - wish I had done it sooner honestly.

The spa is definitely on the smaller side, as only two people could have a service at a time. The relaxation lounge is lovely and comfortable, and the locker rooms are clean. The sauna was very tiny - only two people can comfortably fit in there at once. The steam room was equally as small, didn't work, and had a weird smell. The spa amenities were a bit disappointing for the steep prices. The spa services themselves were very good - everyone enjoyed their massage or facial. Skilled, experienced masseuses and estheticians. Relaxing and positive overall experience.

Booking could not have been simpler. The front desk was pleasant and worked around to my schedule to squeeze me in to get me in earlier! Susanne, the photo facial tech was expert! She did something no one has ever took the time to do for me before. Test the levels of the machine to see what my skin and tolerance level could handle. For instance, level 25 is an average setting a spa would use on a client but being the seasoned adventurer and procedure getter that I am, I was all the way in the high 30s! Imagine what poor results I would have received if she would not have taken the time to determine what works for my skin. The average setting would have yielded poor results on me for sure. I am over the moon with the results of my photofacial. By far and away the best photo facial i have received ever. Right after, I went in for my appointment with CeCe for Botox. She is fan-fan-fantastic! She took the time to discuss my goals (DISABLE ALL MOVEMENT!!) and talk to me about my questions of additional procedures I am wanting to stop the hands of time, rid myself of the wrinkles. My botox results are fabulous. I could not be happier! Gorgeous facility, incredible staff all around and the best results I have found locally. There is no more to ask for. Period.

First, just some logistics advice, the space is in building 2 of the cluster of buildings. And, even though at first it doesn't look like there is available parking, if you keep driving you will find a spot. The buildings are definitely older but I try not to judge a book by its cover. The location/space itself is for sure older. The bathroom is clean but very dated and the experience rooms are also clean but feel slightly cluttered. The waiting room is nicely appointed but it is also where some clients are receiving teeth whitening treatments so that is a bit strange. Check in is easy and streamlined. The desk staff are welcoming and friendly. My appointment was scheduled for 12:45 but I didn't get pulled back into my treatment room until closer to 1pm. I wish the service appointment reminders would have asked for me to come without earrings or necklaces, I would have taken them off and left that at home before going to the clinic, but instead I had to spend a good deal of time taking these all off before my appointment started. My treatment was very thorough and I truly did enjoy it. Although, at check in, I did indicate I wanted to have a quiet and relaxing appointment, because it was an intro session I got a full on interactive appointment explaining everything that was happening at every step of the way. While not my preference, I was still able to relax and enjoy the scalp treatment. The treatment itself was very thorough with many different steps and stages - all felt luxurious and not rushed. I definitely think that this space and the service provider are gems and if you can find a treatment on special, even better. It is quite far north of Austin (almost to cedar park) so if you're in the south like me just be ready for a drive to get there.
