Cinnamon bagel with cinnamon honey cream cheese

Love coming here. We make it a point to make the 35 min drive here. Their bagels are huge & fairly priced. Tons of flavor options to choose from along with various cream cheese flavors. They also have drinks & other bakery items you can choose from. The inside isn't super large, but there is seating indoor and outdoor to enjoy your items. They've got a bathroom as well. Workers are always nice and helpful with any questions you may have about flavors. Paid $17 for 4 bagels and 3 water cups, great price in my opinion!

I received better customer service here than a five star restaurant! Absolutely outstanding! We ordered two breakfast sandwiches on bagels and a cold brew coffee. We waited for our food at a table outside and when it was delivered, the staff noticed the meat and cheese was transposed onto the opposite bagel choices and was going to bring them back. We were fine reassembling them ourselves and appreciated the offer. I added sugar free vanilla syrup to my cold brew and it was great. The prices were in the high end, but it was WELL worth it due to the high quality ingredients and epic customer service.

I originally rated this place with 5 stars. We came back here for breakfast and coffee. I ordered a cappuccino and a latte with coffee grounds was served. I took it back to the young girl dressed in pajamas to remake it. The second cappuccino came out and it was NOT EVEN a latte....no foam and Luke warm, it took about 15min too and no one was in there. I opted for a cold brew because it seems like you havnt trained your employees on how to make various coffee drinks. If you're going to offer lattes/cappuccinos/frappes... teach your staff the difference between them. NO ONE SHOULD PAY FOR A 4-5$ coffee if you don't know what you're doing. Make it worth the money and I don't mind paying 6$ for a coffee. Train your staff on coffee drinks PLEASE or don't serve it

Everything bagel toasted with cream cheese.

Fresh egg cooked made to order. Bagels are soft but chewy and the toppings are on the lighter side but still very flavorful. Jalepeno cream cheese has good flavor, seems like a plain cream cheese with chopped pickled (jarred Jalepeno) which creates a vinegar bite. Bagels are thicker and smaller but have good air pockets. Simple menu and plenty of inside and outside seating. Offers military discount so deserves a visit if you're in the area!! Service was quick but expect a minute if you order with an egg as it's made fresh.

Ordered a gluten free bagel with cream cheese, there was barely any cream cheese! The gluten free bagel was so small too.

It's a taste of home in Arizona. Authentic, lite, and airy dough. Delicious flavors, and cream cheese to die for. Nice coffee selection.

Live music was nearing the end on the patio and the night temp was comfortable so we sat outside. There was a medium size group by the couches and we sat at a nearby table. Initially the waitress was attentive, she gave us waters and silverware. Soon she became distracted talking to the group about traveling destinations and her upcoming trip to Hawaii. This was not a big deal until we waited 30 minutes to place our order and she still never came back to our table or even acknowledged we were there. We watched this waitress engage in a lively conversation even kneeling down by a customer and looking at pictures on his phone. What??? Are you working or socializing? We left without placing an order. Being ignored for that long even in plain sight of the server is unacceptable. This was a very disappointing experience and we won't be back.

Being a resident I drop in here about every five years and while consistent in their offerings, it also consistently "meh". We brought our pup and the service from Miguel was attentive and helpful even bringing a bowl of water for our pup. The location and ambiance is quiet and intimate (I suggest sitting outside when it's nice) and is much bugger than it looks. Coffee taste like Folgers and while each plate has a lot of ingredients, it doesn't have a lot of taste. We ordered the Lady Litchfield Omelette and breakfast burrito and while generous in portion the irony of the dishes was interesting. The omelette was chock full of veggies and minimal egg to wrap them, the burrito had a ton of egg and tortilla but minimal ingredients to taste. At the End of the Day I just don't feel like the experience warranted the $16+ price tag per meal. I'll come back in five more years and see if anything has changed.

There are no "park at your own risk" warning signs posted anywhere in this parking area. I immediately reported the damage to security, who came out and filed an official incident report. I was assured that the Director of Operations, Sheffield Crosby, would reach out to me the following Monday with the results of their investigation. It has been complete radio silence ever since. Despite leaving voicemails and sending an email, management refuses to return my calls, acknowledge the incident, or address my concerns. It is incredibly frustrating that a resort of this caliber simply sweeps incidents like this under the rug and pretends they never happened once you leave the property. If you are visiting or staying here, be highly aware that your vehicle is at risk of damage from the golf course, and the leadership team will completely ignore you when it happens. Park at your own risk, because management certainly won't take any responsibility. TO THE OWNER: no need to reply with a "we are disappointed," "we are committed to customer service," or similar generic comments. You had plenty of opportunities to make this right.

We've spent a lot here over the years and have always supported and recommended this location. That's why my son's recent experience was so disappointing. He stopped in to get some work done, something he's done many times during slow hours. Sometimes he buys something, sometimes he doesn't, and it has never been an issue. This has always been a welcoming place. This time, a staff member told him he couldn't sit and work unless he purchased something. What made it worse was the explanation: a table of eight older gentlemen "didn't like" that he was sitting there working, and that was the reason he needed to leave or buy something. It wasn't busy, it wasn't about space, and it wasn't about a policy. It was simply another group of customers not liking his presence, and the staff acting on that. After years of loyalty, that was incredibly disappointing. If there's a new policy, that's fine, just communicate it clearly and apply it consistently. Asking a long‑time customer to leave because another table "didn't like" them is not acceptable. This experience genuinely made us rethink continuing to support this location.
