The pressure washer damaged my clear coat, even though its a 2004 and already wasnt in perfect shape the pressure washer cracked the clear coat and in some places made the paint fade even worse, just go to wow car wash where there is a controlled amount of pressure and not something that will literally blast the paint off your car read more

When they are open, they have some employees that are great. They pre-brush your car before it goes through the touchless machine. Knocking one star off. The touchless machines seem like they need some attention. The spray nozzles are clogged and the caranuba wax doesn't apply evenly. Still a great deal but hope they fix these issues. read more

BEWARE *** Just left this place. My teenage nephew was pick-pocketed by the owner or an employee named "Carlos". After swiping his debit card to pay for his wash, my nephew pulled out of the bay to dry his car when he was approached from behind by "Carlos" offering a hand dry service which he politely declined. When he went to leave he noticed the wallet was no longer in his back pocket. He went to the office and asked the man if the wallet was turned in, was told no and continued to search high and low for it. When I arrived to help and approached the man knowing he was the only person working there, not to mention the sole person my nephew interacted with, I let him know the police were the way and would be interested in seeing the security camera footage. As we sat outside waiting " Carlos" left the office, started cleaning up and low and behold he "found" the wallet near the trash cans my nephew never even went anywhere near. Unbelievable! read more

A car wash open 24 hours for self service...Great! Dirty water disguised as "Spot Free Rinse"...Not so great. I did a thorough self wash one night and thought I was trippin' the next day when my car looked filthy again. Thankfully it rained that day and the manager agreed to let me come back for a re-wash. Still gross no matter how well I dried her off. One star back for decent customer service, but still not worth the trouble of getting a third wash in 3 days somewhere else. Maybe I'll leave it to the guys who actually work there during waking hours next time, but the funky residue I ended up with made me feel like I had never washed a car in my life. When I got here there was a car in front of me and I waited in the middle of the road for 5 mins and finally realized there's another aisle so I asked the worker if I can pull into that to stay out of the way. It was already a bad start because he should've at least acknowledged me and told me to pull in the next aisle instead of just ignoring me. When it was my turn he scrubs my car real quick and didn't take as much time with my car like he did with the car in front of me. Then he gives me a thumbs up to drive through the automated car wash machine without any instructions of what to do. I drove through and the water didn't turn on so I exited and drove back around to ask him then he just said you need to stop in the middle of it. So I finally go the automated wash and drove out around to get my car hand dried by him. Again he took his time wiping down the car in front of my but just carelessly wiped my car for like 2 minutes. I tipped him and left because I didn't want to be rude by getting out to check my car but I should've. When I got back to work I realized there were a lot of water stains from the car wash and spots he didn't dry and dirty still on my truck. So I call him and let him know and he just said those won't come off because I got a cheap car wash. He talked to me like I'm stupid and I've never had a car wash before. Clearly he just didn't do a good job hand drying my car cuz he was lazy. Just went there to wash our motor home and pull car. It's not particularly easy to find a self service car wash with an RV bay- so we were pretty happy to find this one just off the I-215 freeway. Friendly attendant came immediately and explained the most efficient way for us to proceed. We did end up unhooking the car because it would otherwise have been too tight to maneuver our 33' class A motor home. Took us about 24 minutes to wash the motor home @$6 for 6 minutes- so $24. read more

Although I cannot prove it, I am very confidant that my debit card was hacked at this place. I only had the card less than 2 months, and did not use it online or anywhere out of the ordinary. This car wash was the only unusual thing I'd used it for. I remember when I swiped it at the hand wash the reader felt wobbly and I had to swipe it twice. Unfortunately I didn't think anything of it (lesson learned.) Just a couple of days later the bank emailed and texted me that my debit card number had been fraudulently used at a gas station for $100. Somehow they had made a new debit card with my banking info on it. I just used the do-it-yourself hand wash so I have no input on their business in general. Employees are unprofessional an unmannered. The man made me scratch my wheels while pointing me in the wash( (I've been to many washes an know the size of my car) however he kept pointing an I ended up scratching my two drivers side wheels. I drive back and forth to LA all the time (with my dog), so after a handful of trips, my car was in desperate need of a good wash. I got the $20 wash which includes an interior vacuum and wipe down. Overall, I'm happy - I think I got what I paid for. My car was significantly cleaner! I'm no longer embarassed to park in the garage at work! But, the $20 wash definitely isn't a "detail" wash. There were some bugs still stuck in my grill - admittedly, they can't be easily wiped off, but I could probably scrape them off with my nails. And the interior was mostly clean - all the visible dog hair was gone, but there was still some evidence of a coffee spill I had last week - namely some spots around the belt buckle. When it comes down to it, would I come back? Yes. I'll happily pay $20 to have someone else wash, dry, vacuum and wipe down my car. And the young guy who worked on my car was very friendly and polite! I went to a store around the corner while I waited for my car, and when I came back he was almost done. Brought my car in on a Sunday afternoon for some cleaning. I paid $20 for the basic car handwash. Overall the car got clean. BUT in the course of cleaning the car the fellow left grease/dirt smudges on my seats! Seriously. So, car got mostly cleaned, but also got dirtied as well for some reason. On August 17, 2014 at about 2pm, I called Oasis Auto Spa to ask if they could wash my truck completely by hand becuase the moon roof on my Ford F-150 was not sealing completely. The pleasant man on the phone assured me it would be no problem to wash the truck and that I should arrive between 3:30 and 4pm so they could finish before they closed at 5pm. I drove about 20 min from home to Oasis and arrived at 3:30pm, as instructed, and was told they "may not" be able to get to me becuase someone else had taken my place. They suggested I wait because they "should be able to finish the car before me with enough time to also finish my truck." I waited about 30 minutes and at 4pm, the same pleasant man who assured me on the phone they would be able to wash my truck, told me they had to begin closing and would not be able to wash my truck. So I wasted about 90 miniutes of my day and left with a dirty truck. I work in the customer service industry and my clients never leave my office until whatever they need is finished, regardless of my "posted hours". I will never return to Oasis Auto Spa. read more

My car doesn't need to look great, but admittedly there are times it needs a wash. It's just a compact commuter vehicle, so I don't feel like spending the big bucks on fancy car washes or detailing. Usually I'll go with a self serve coin op car wash. After a trip to Arizona, my car definitely needed a wash. I usually go to a different coin op car wash, but I was in the area and decided to try this place out. This place is behind a shopping center, so if I didn't know prior where it was located, it may have been hard to find. As for the wash itself, it costs $3 for between 6-7 minutes of wash time (I can't remember the exact amount of time) and you can add more quarters if you need more wash time. That's more than enough time for me and I actually would prefer if there were no minimum coin in. Since I only do the low pressure pre-soak, high pressure soap, and rinse, I could get it all done in four minutes for $2, but unfortunately that's not an option. You might need more time if you also want to do other services (e.g. foam brush, tire/engine clean, clear coat, wax). read more

I was innocently driving a long with a brand new Venti chocolate frap in my hand when a truck decided to honk its horn and my Border Collie had a spazz attack from the back seat knocking it put of my hands and ALL OVER my car. Very good deal here for a full wash with a interior wipe down and vacuum for $20. They are usually pretty quick, but weekend can take a moment. I'd go with a higher ranking but if you're waiting for your car there's not a whole lot going on. Pretty inconvenient location tucked behind a strip mall on Eastern. However, you can take a stroll over the Taco y Taco or Twin Peaks. I'll keep going out of habit and because they always do a good job. Never had an issue. read more

Ricky is the man!! I have a new black car and I didn't want anybody touching it with rough brushes or dirty cloths. When I asked for a no touch wash, the owner or manager said I should instead opt for a hand wash in order to make sure the car came out perfectly clean with no scratches. Here's how they do it.. First they pull your car into one of the self-wash stalls and spray it down with a pre-rinse, then wash it off, then spray nearly every inch with a soap/foam, then rub it down from top to bottom (Ricky made sure to use wash mitts from the detail area instead of the brush), wash off, and then use a spot free rinse and spray wax before drying (Again he went out of his way to use new microfibers knowing I was particular with what touched the car). He also cleaned the wheels very well and applied a tire coat. Even the inside lip of the tire wells got cleaned. The car came out near perfect and I didn't have to worry about any additional swirl marks. Excellent service!!! My only issue would be with the dry job because the towels were too wet to remove all the water, but I'll just make sure to bring a clean microfiber towel with me next time. Most important to any car fanatic that is particular with protecting a factory or custom paint job should be what touches the car and how. From what I could tell Ricky could not have been more professional about it. I appreciate that kind of effort. read more

I really want to change this review. Up until a few weeks ago it would have been 5 stars. I want it to be 5 stars. I've been here a few times. At the beginning they were amazing. Then the last two times it's been terrible. I had some kid who didn't care about what he was doing, left water spots drying all over the car. It looked terrible. The kid just looked apathetic. His work was beyond mediocre. In a lot of ways it looked worse than it did going in (well, just on the windows, really). And just now... I waited up front for someone for several minutes. Waiting. Nobody came. Then I see yet another gangly looking apathetic teenager poke his head out from the back, looking like he was on his phone. I just left. After waiting for that long the last thing I want is another crappy dry where they leave water drops all over my windows. I'll go back, but I'm doing a drive by first. If there's any of these useless kids who don't appreciate their job I'll go across the street. Maybe after school is in session I can get a quality car wash again. Update: I went back. The worker was of legal drinking age I think. He did a very good job, was prompt and did the work. Still not 5 stars because the ridiculousness of the kids previously. So we returned for a trip & called to make appointment to wash the RV again, was told it was $100.00, then when we got there is was $300.00, not happy that they quoted us one price on the phone with our confirmed appointment, they raised the price $200 when we got there. REALLY !!!? Went in yesterday and got the $11 wash. The Older gentleman started prewashing my Jeep. First he hit my wiper and broke the wiper mechanism with the washing pole not just the blade. This is one of the best car washes I've been to. My husband has been taking our car out here and finally went during one of the visits and was quite impressed! There are spaces to wash the car yourself however we went through the automated wash. Before doing so, someone came out and "prepped" the car by physically brushing what I can describe as a large shami on a stick, visually looking like a mop.
