Well I didn't want to wash it myself, but that ended up being the case. What a waste of money. Went through the touch free car wash and it was useless. The car came out just as dirty as when I went in. It wasn't even semi decent because let's face it the drive thru car washes are not perfect it's just a temporary fix. This didn't even accomplish that. Basically I paid to sit there (obviously wasting my time) to watch my car get rained on. Complete rip off. Very upset with this wash. Been here about a dozen times washing my own car on their bays. The facility for their self serve car wash is great no complaints in that area. I have tried their drive through once and was completely disappointed with their drying system. I left my car still completely wet. I have never tried their detailing service since I do that on my own so I cant comment on that. Staff, I would have to say are not as courteous or attentive to customers. I would recommend just using their self serve bay and dry and detail your own car. read more

First off this was my first time here and I paid $12 on Groupon for a $22 Wash/Value... No Value for this Groupon. It's a machine wash with Zero Interior Cleaning and the guy, Bobby, spent less than 5min "hand drying" my car. It was still dripping wet in plenty spots after I tipped him AND I was supposed to get a "Tire Shine" but he didn't even apply or dry my wheels or tires... Warning! Whatever you do! Do not EVER take your car here for any service. This place has horrible ownership and customer service! After having my car washed and "detailed" I noticed a few things I was unhappy with a "detail service" which was done horribly including damages done to my dashboard, causing it to become discolored . Because there wasn't a manager available at the time I was told by an employee he would have someone contact me to assist me.(which Is now 2 weeks later, after leaving a voicemail and returning in person as I was told to by a former manager who is no longer with the company.) When I complained and asked for manager to contact me to discuss my concerns, I received a call from a BLOCKED number from a guy who claimed to be the "owner" (DAVE) of the auto spa who discredited my claims and concerns and told me he was done wasting his time talking to me and if I didn't give him a reason in 5 seconds to give a valid reason he was going to up in my face he was done with talking to me. After becoming frustrated with the phone call I went back to the spa in person only for him to threaten and call the police on me for trespassing!!! When I asked if he was the owner again after trying to speak to him in person, he said he didn't have to prove nor say anything to me and he was calling the police, of course I called 311 as well and waited for the cops to arrive. I was told by Henderson police the best and only thing I could do would be to Yelp about my experience and take the business to small claims court which I plan to do as well. There are plenty of other professional auto spas with great service out here in the valley, unfortunately Oasis isn't one of them!!! Whatever you do do not give this company your business. read more

I seriously love this place, I drive from SW Las Vegas at least once a week to have my car detailed. The price is great! They brush down the car before I go thru the automatic and even get my rims with a special brush, then I come out they dry it, tire shine it, vacuum I mean seriously clean to the nines I love this place. The customer service is fantastic anytime I have had an issue which is hardly ever the manager is always there to take care of it with a smile on his face. I have gone to this car wash since it's opened - my experience here with a manager named Anthony was off the chain unbelievable! Terrible service - smart mouth - and little care with the vehicles..... DONT GO HERE UNTIL THIS KID IS GONE! Prior to dealing with this kid I was very happy with this place and sent dozens of people here. Now have I told every single one of them about this particular manager and his treatment of not just me but other customers and the care he took of their vehicles as none of us will be back. I entrusted him with a very expensive investment and his lack of regard for it was nothing short of disturbing. Interestingly, they all said they have had similar run ins with this boy. read more

The wash is just so-so here. The staff was friendly though, so I'll give them that. I paid $10 for the wash, and tipped the guy that did the hand dry, and I still had water spots all down the driver side door, which I'll have to clean up myself later. I tried buffing them out with a soft cloth and they didn't budge, plus this weird residue was left on the paint when I did. I don't mind drying my own car, but if I pay extra, I want it done right. I'll stick with Blondie's on Charleston. For $6, I get the same wash, hand dry, and the vacuums are free. Mediocre wash at a higher than average price. read more

Unbelievable service and the quality of work is amazing. We had three kids get "sick" in my car halfway back on a 12 hour drive. We had to get the car cleaned before we could go the rest of the way. The touchless wash did a mediocre job, the dryer is poor. The brushes they use before the touchless wash swirl the paint.

Just went through the touch free car wash and my car is still completely dirty! Paid for the durashield wash and you can't even tell I had my car washed. Also, no one seems to work here or even answers the phones to help us. read more

Great car wash. Service was quick and courteous. They go above and beyond to make sure that you are satisfied with your service and even when I got in my truck they were still asking if there is anything else I wanted done so I was satisfied with the service. It does get hot waiting but they do have covered seating with misters to make sure you are comfortable while waiting. I usually wash and detail all my own stuff but if I'm ever being lazy or in a hurry this is my go to spot everytime. read more

Been here several times for a regular wash, no problems. Came in on Saturday for a 100% hand wash. It took around 2 hours, we were told someone called out because of a family emergency. The job on the inside of the car was pittiful. They used dirty rags to wipe down the inside. I say wipe down, not CLEAN. Dash and doors were all smeary. Spot of bbq sauce on my seat was still there. I have been coming here for years but today will be my last. The last year it has steadily gone down hill. You pay extra for the " triple shine" and it is a single shine. Both bays are the same and I have brought it to their attention the last 4 times. Not sure what happened to Bobbie but it seemed so disorganized the last two times . Bobbie at least made sure they didn't use the same brush for your tires as your car !! Crazy Well, I gave them another try and the triple shine certainly has improved( still not enough pressure behind the tricolored wax to hit you car all the way through but it has improved. The location for this place is great but the service is hit or miss. I came in with a dark gray truck and chose the touchless wash. The attendant was kind enough to presoak and scrub off vehicle before I went in but when I pulled out there was no one to dry the vehicle (I had asked specifically about this). There were still chunks of dirt under the tow hitch and my windshield still had bug splatter across the entire thing. If you are going to go out of your way to help someone, do a good job. maybe you'd get tipped read more
