I have always had such great service whenever I go to Oasis Auto Spa. As soon as I pull in, someone is always there to ask if I need a pre-scrub before I go through the wash and they always offer to put my money through the machine. I find everyone to be very friendly and helpful, especially Bobby, the manager. He even went so far as to recommend an affordable company to fix the cracked window in my old car. I have since purchased a new car and recently had a full detail done on my car. Needless to say, I was more than satisfied with the results and would highly recommend Oasis for all of your car wash and detailing needs. read more

Used the automatic car wash this morning and was NOT impressed. My car was still dirty afterwards and the drying function at the end does not come close to drying the vehicle. Waste of money in my opinion - I will not return to this car wash. read more

This is easily the best car wash in town, the touch free Automatics work great, self serve bays are all high pressure and clean, and hand wash does a great job with everything from a basic wash to full details. Great price!! The touch less car wash works great!!! Been coming here using it for years!! Staff is friendly, they brushed my exterior before pulling into the wash. Fans at the end run for a generous amount of time, nice for drying. I'm glad there's a great car wash nearby!!! They also have a do it yourself area, if you like to wash your car yourself. First time here and I'm very pleased. I had the $13.99 touch free option. The attendant hand brushed my car before the touch free wash then hand dried it afterwards and shined the wheels. I gave him a $10 tip because they work hard, so $24 all in. I usually have my car hand detailed for $40 a couple of times a month, so this is a good quick 'remove the dust' option for the in-between times. read more

Exemplary courtesy and professionalism. Without exception, this place is clean and well maintained and lighted at all times. (Due to my schedule, I often come by at midnight or later and always feel safe due to their video and lighting) Also there is zero tolerance for bozos blasting their music while you are vacuuming/cleaning your car. Their attendants are super friendly and always preclean your car exterior thoroughly before going through the automatic carwashes. (It is brushless by the way, which is a big plus for maintaining the finish of your car as opposed to the "mop style" carwashes that damage your car finish over time. I've been coming to Oasis for over 5 years. I've never had any issues, the customer service has always been awesome EVERY time I've went, however today my view changed. I've been to Oasis 3 times within the last 3 weeks for my own vehicle. I always pay for the basic wash and then detail it myself as I'm a little OCD. Now, the last 2 times I went I didn't have any problems. Today, Joey was the tech who pre-washed my car before going into the car wash. Once my wash was complete I pulled into the drying area like normal. Then Joey and another kid by the name of Eathan came over to dry my car. Now a little background on my vehicle, it's a 2016 mustang convertible also meaning it's not sound proof. So Joey decided to tell Eathan as they were wiping down my car, "Hey bro do a shitty job", Joey apparently didn't think I coups hear him. So Eathan said okay and they proceeded to do their "shitty job". I waited until they were done and got out to confront Joey. I told him I wanted a manager, he said he was. I told him I wanted the general manager he said he couldn't give that information out. At this point I was pissed. So I told Joey exactly how disrespectful and rude that was to say. Regardless of what I paid for my wash I shouldn't be treated any different from any other paying customers. To top it off Joey was the one who pre-washed & dried my car the last 2 times with a CASH tip every time. Today they received no tip as they didn't deserve it. I will make sure my voice is heard and something is done. To be treated so poorly by a young man who probably has had everything handed to him by mommy and daddy to disrespect a women ESPECIALLY in front of my kids is pathetic. This is why our world is so angry. All we do is judge based on looks or materialistic things, little did he know I could've paid for the most expensive detail. I'm appalled that a very well established business of this type, who has a great reputation especially in my book, would allow their customers to be treated like this. I take the Surgeon's car that I work for here all the time to for detailing, I guess I'll need to find another spot for him and the many other doctors, surgeons, & execs we refer here. read more

I've just moved here... Needed a car wash... Went to the one behind Lees Liquor.... Had to take it back it was full of spots and not vacuumed well.... Then went to Oasis.... What a difference!! My car looks brand new and still looks clean after a week. Anthony was awesome and very polite and respectful!! Love this place!! read more

Terrific experience! What a unique touch-free operation.....you just pull into the bay and the car wash automatically does the rest. You don't have to get out of the car and in no time at all you drive away with a spotless car. Even though it's automated, you get personalized attention from a friendly staff. Since we're visiting the area we looked at Yelp reviews to find a place we could self-serve wash our dually (wide) pickup truck. Oasis seemed to fit the bill, and had decent reviews. What we didn't know until we arrived was that the self-wash bays are smaller, both in width and length, than any we'd ever seen or used. We were able to fit the truck in the bay, but it was difficult to maneuver around with the wand/brush/hoses. We also found that the credit card swiper wasn't working, so we had to go the cash-to-tokens route. The area to pull out of the bay was also too small for our truck to make the turn, so we had to back out of the bay and in to the alley. They have no hooks for the hoses, so when you're using the wand, the hose from the brush will get in your way, and vice versa. If you don't have an over-sized vehicle like ours, it would probably be a decent self-serve car wash (as long as you don't depend on using a credit card). If we wash our truck again while we're in the area we'll look for a larger car wash. read more

I arrived early afternoon to hand wash my car. This is not my first time there so I know how many tokens it takes to wash my car. I put the usual amount in the machine, and only to find out the timer was not set completely and I ran out of time before my car was completely finished. I put more tokens in the machine to finish the job only to find out that the tokens would not turn the machine back on. I asked if they could just turn it on enough to rinse my tires, and the male employee said yes. He tried to turn on the machine from the bay, but was unsuccessful, so after 5 min of waiting I went back to the office (this was my second trip) he said he would try it in the office. That did not work either. Another attempt was done, that makes 3. I drove around to the detail area by the office, and the male employee was recleaning a car that just went thru the touchless car wash, and I was waiting for him to finish so I could just get my 2 wheels that needed to be rinsed. After 25 minutes I gave up and left. I went to shell gas station to get my car re washed. I will not be going back to Oasis Auto Spa again. read more
